    I requested a quote for services through the Angie's list website and have not received a response after two days. I called the phone number and when I asked to speak to a person in charge, the dispatcher told me "they" were "in and out" during the day and not there. She didn't know who handled online responses.

    Famous Sedan
    12/24 - Jimmy Eagle, owner of Famous Sedan, picked us up promptly at 5:30 AM, loaded the luggage, and drove us to the airport for our flight to Dallas Texas. He was very professional and caring about our needs.
    12/30 - upon our return, his driver Gordon met us at the airport at the appointed time and took us home. Gordon was also very professional and friendly to talk to.

    We chose Famous Sedan as they had good reviews on Angie's List. Their pricing is very reasonable and saved a lot of hassle for us senior citizens traveling during the busy holiday season. Jimmy personally called and followed up during our visit in Dallas to confirm our transportation needs would be met when we returned.

    In short, Famous Sedan customer service and pricing are the main factors that convinced us to use them again. Based on our experience, we will highly recommend them to our friends and relatives.

    The service which Mordy Siegel provided was extraordinary and way above all expectations. My son was able to board a plane for home just a few hours after Mordy sought out the best possible airlines, time and cost. Mordy booked the flight with one of the highest rated quality airlines and my son had a very comfortable flight home. We are eternally grateful for the excellent service Mordy Siegel provided, feel he went above and beyond, especially under dire circumstances, and would highly recommend Crescor Travel and Mordy Siegel to anyone considering making travel plans.

    Hotel Farmington Hills

    I enjoyed staying at this hotel.  The price was right for a suite for 6 days.  The location was excellent: right off the freeway and ideally located for the people I wanted to see and the locations I wanted to visit.  Nice amenities: free Wi-Fi and park (ample parking!), coffee and tea available in the lobby, and access doors conveniently located throughout the parking lot.  Surroundings felt and seemed safe.

    The suite  was clean and comfortable--nice makeup area, clean fridge, two flat-screen TVs.  No late night parties, but if someone came in late and talked loudly or turned up the TV volume, that could be heard through the walls.

    Very friendly desk and cleaning staff.  I was charged almost $5.00 for a local phone call; but, when I complained, the charge was removed.


    I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

    the same problem, just call back one hour before needing a ride. I then called one hour in advance and they said it would be two and a half hours to pick me up. They referred an alternate service that I called, but they didn't show and I was left stranded waiting outside in the cold at the bus stop (it was around midnight in March). I ended up calling a friend.

    The drivers (there and back) were friendly and courteous. While they brought a child safety seat with them, they failed to install for the drive to the airport - which left us having to install/secure. In addition, the driver did not pack the vehicle correctly, leaving the trunk open on the thirty minute ride to the airport. This should have not occurred. The most significant disappointment, however, was that we were quoted one price and then charged $20 more when I sent the confirmation for our pickup and advised at that time that they should take into account the difficulty the driver had packing the vehicle on the trip to the airport. Rather than take the time to confirm a larger vehicle for pickup, they simply sent a larger vehicle leaving us to foot the expense. After calling the company and explaining my dissatisfaction, they noted my concern and did nothing to resolve.

    We were stuck in snow on a road outside Petoskey and I've been a AAA member since 2008. After we were towed 4 feet back onto a paved road, the tow truck gentleman told us it was a "seasonal road" which wasn't marked as such in any way (I took photos from every viewpoint at the intersection), AAA refused to pay for the tow. Even though all he did was pull us back 4 feet and took him less than 5 minutes. AAA informed us that because it wasn't a "main road" which we would have had NO way of knowing since there were no signs and ALL of their roads are snow covered, that they would not help us pay for the tow. I've never asked for AAA assistance since becoming a member 5 years ago and when I really needed their help, they failed me. I do NOT recommend them as an organization and plan to cancel my membership. My insurance company has a similar program; I can only hope they stand by their customers in a more loyal fashion.

    We use them a lot to go to and from the airport. They have a fixed fee. You can expect to get a clean car and driver. Anything that you will pay for as far as car service they will do. They do what they claim they will do. They always have cars available.

    Called to request a cab. Took a little longer than they said it would, but I basically called out of the blue and wanted one ASAP instead of scheduling one in advance. The cab was hands-down the cleanest cab I've ever ridden in ever. The driver was polite and professional, and got me home quickly and directly. Overall a great experience.

    While ther limo ride itself was fine and the driver was punctual, the driver and the limo company mis-represented the price and gave incomplete pricing information. A) we put down a 1/3 deposit but were never told we needed cash to pay the balance same day. It is disclosed in the contract but you don't see the contract until the driver is at your door. B) The contract automaticly adds a 20% gratuity, presumably for the driver. However, the driver told me that I had to pay his '$60 fee', above and beyond the contract total, prompting me to over pay. When I called Millenium a few days later for an explanation, the President of the company acted very non-chalant about my frustration and insisted I was simply mis-understanding; A) I can't mis-understand what I am never told and B) the driver clearly told me I needed to pay his 'fee', not his gratuity but his fee. I recomend you find another limo company or read the fine print very, very carefully.
