ACregger Plumbing, Heating & CoolingMy water heater quit working on Sunday and by Monday evening I had the old one removed and a new one installed, thanks to Cregger Plumbing. I originally put in a request with Home Depot for same day service, but after they quoted me 1300 dollars to install a 600 dollar water heater I had to decline. So I purchased a big deal via Angie's List and received a phone call from Cregger not more than an hour later to schedule my water heater installation. Thankfully, they were able to add me on that day around 5pm. The technician, Kevin Jacobs, arrived on time and had the old one out and the new one installed in a little over one hour. He took care not to make a mess or damage the walls when transporting the tanks up and down the basement stairs. No leaks, no issues a week and a half later, very satisfied with the on site service, and office staff of Cregger Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done.- Christopher D.

FKing Septic Service0% CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The female co-owner will not return your call if you have any concerns about the service you receive. She said she was too busy to deal with me and thought my concerns were quote, " ridiculous." My concern was that when pumping the tank, the driver did not add any water to break down the sludge/solids in the bottom of the tank. Then he replaced the tank lid before the tank was able to be verified emptied by the person who was at home during the time of service. The female co-owner also said she had complete confidence in her driver, but I really felt that they should be most concerned with.my confidence, as their customer. The company refused to come back and repump the tank so that I could feel confident the tank was indeed empty and pumped out correctly. We have used this company for years-but never again!- Angie M.

AI have used Fletcher Inspections three times over the past nine years. Twice for homes in Michigan and most recently for a home in Ohio--yes, Fletcher can inspect in both states! Fletcher once saved me from buying a bad home--he found mold, carpenter ant damage, and water damage! In the two homes I purchased, with a clean bill of health, Fletcher thoroughly inspected the homes and wrote a very detailed and well documented (with many photographs) report. He also provided great advice on home maintenance. It's also great that the owner, Jeff Fletcher, peer teaches around the country--he and all his employees know their stuff! There is no one better!

D & J septic service is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. D & J goes above and beyond the competition by not only pumping the tank, but properly cleaning and inspecting the septic tank.

AI hired D & J to clean my septic tanks, and in short they were fantastic. The technician who was on the job was knowledgeable, and very quickly identified that the last company that we had hired to clear our tanks did a poor job - he took time to explain what we found, and why he believed they did a poor job (yet in a way to not "bad mouth" another company, but to make sure we knew what was important to maintain our septic system properly). Then he went above and beyond and spent nearly 2 hours working to get our tanks cleaned out. He also gave some other advice to help maintain our septic system. The listed price was more than fair....but on top of that he did not charge anything extra for the additional service/work and advice. I will absolutely be using D & J for our future needs, no question. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

APlumber arrived same day as promised and provided an estimate for the work to be performed. The old water heater was drained; the new water heater was installed. The plumber suggested that a better water valve be installed because the old one was full of mineral deposits from the past 20 years and installed the agreed to valve. Installation was checked. The new water heater was started and we were trained on how to use it and understand the purpose of the diagnostic indicator that was part of the new water heater electronic controls. The area was cleaned up after the plumber completed the tasks. Everything went to plan and far better than expectations !

He was the first one to call and I'm glad he did. He was very patient and explained everything, took pictures and helped us every step of the way. I also appreciated knowing that he had daughters. This is my daughter's first home and it is hard to find someone to trust.
