APinnacle Lock And Key IncPinnacle was great. Our movers (WhiteStar, Sterling Heights, MI -- Excellent!) were leaving on their way from Northville to Holt when I realized I had lost our one and only key to our new house! I called Pinnacle and explained, and they said they could do it and would probably be done before the movers arrived. They did it! New keys were in an agreed-upon location and the invoice was inside on the kitchen counter. Hooray!- Paul H.

ANF LOCKSMITH,LLCI lost my house key while out on a run. The tech was able to come out within 20 minutes. In 30 minutes he was able to drill thru the deadbolt to get the door open and then put a new deadbolt and doorknob on. Tech was friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.- KRISTINA A.

AExcellent all around. Instructions exactly as told. Got what wanted but found fault in original car key fob AND most importantly showed how to still get car running with failed key fob. An engineering fault not shown out in vital importance - otherwise considered car useless as could be stranded anywhere with NO help. Showed failsafe feature freely to still use car. Just excellent work.

FHe showed on time. To do several light fixtures and to go to one switch. Also a motion sensor. All parts were provided by me. I went to push my garage door. I heard a crack sound. And it blows in my panel. I called him and he came back. He checks the wiring and the electrical box. He tried to say it was a different issue. Like it was nothing he did. I had no problem with my garage door. I was insulted and he had no way of checking this problem. Come to find out he was not certified for electrical. I felt I was mislead that he can do the work.
