ASINACORI LANDSCAPING INCWe called Sinacori and they came out promptly to determine what we wanted, and then provided a proposal, which we accepted. The work was performed per the time frame promised and the results were about five times better that we could have imagined with large rocks placed on the stream bank to prevent future erosion, with fill placed in the low areas near the stream, followed by grass seeding. In addition, they provided a water pump free of charge to assist with watering the grass seed (which came in beautifully). Other work performed included a swale on the side of the house to allow proper eve trough drainage, and on another eve trough drain, a pipe was placed underground to allow rain water to be moved away from the house to a drain field. These are working perfectly. We intend to have Sinacori return for some rear patio work in 2021. We are very satisfied with Sinacori and their professional work, advice, and a very nice work crew. Regarding the work crew: The skills of the heavy equipment operators were astounding to us and our neighbors, as we watched them place stones (some weighing 500 pounds) with precision along the stream bank; after the bank was prepared to receive the stones. They also removed the trunk and roots of a very large maple tree that had been previously cut down by another company, so that we could have grass in the area. We are very happy with the work provided by Sinacori.- Charlotte C.

ADesign One Landscape ServicesFrom the beginning, Vance worked with me to understand the desired outcome, present alternatives and work within my budget. They called to confirm the promised start date, and arrived on time. The weather was cold and rainy, but their crew (led by Tim) worked hard throughout the entire day without complaint. They took the time to consult with me on my preferences in terms of centering the new porch step and the exact location of new shrubs. When they noticed a roof drainage pipe was buried underground, they brought it to my attention and fixed it for a very minimal charge. Vance visited the site during the 2--day project to ensure all was going well. They were very professional throughout the entire process - no surprises and no extra charges. They even spent time explaining the best time of year and methods for pruning my older landscape shrubs and plants that weren't part of their refurbishment project. I would definitely use Design One again, and highly recommend them for landscape and hardscape projects.- Carol D.

AChris Fox and his team at Salient did a fantastic job transforming my backyard. The former owner of this 1956 had neglected the backyard for decades, and an old rock wall had crumbled and needed to be replaced. Fill dirt was also needed. Chris spent considerable time explaining all my options and we eventually decided on stacked stone. The men who actually did the work were highly skilled, polite, responsive and super easy to work with. And the end result is fantastic! I couldn't be happier, and highly recommend Salient.
