R and D Drywall and Painting
Totally satisfied with the work that was completed in my office and bathroom! Out of all the quotes I received for the work, R & D had the nicest professional to quote the work, and the best price. Not only did they demo both my bathroom and office in a single day, but they installed the drywall same day too! Only a couple days of drywall surface prep, and full day of door and trim installation. Every one of the employees was very courteous and kind to work with, but Jamie went above and beyond staying late to finish the trim work. Wonderful company, wonderful people, wonderful work!

    SPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING
If I had to grade Designs in Glass I would give them an A++. We remodeled a 25 year old bathroom. Howard explained everything we discussed and Bob preformed wonderfully. Howard offered suggestions that were right on point. Work was done professionally and on time. They hauled away my old stuff and they were so clean as to not make a mess. The results were just what we wanted and the project turned out great. We would highly recommend using them. Very satisfied! PM/AM, Farmington Hills

    Speed Pro Painting Co
Excellent service very responsive. We have hired this company at least 3 times. They offer a variety of services. I would recommend to others. Our most recent job included some wet plaster repair and painting ceilings, walls and doors of 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living room, hall and stairwell. This work was all accomplished in 2.5 days. The cost was under $3500, to me I believe it is well worth it. I know I couldn't do a better faster job. Tara the owner works alongside her employees and I value that as well.

    NOTHAFT CARPENTRY LLC
Gary repaired two pocket doors in our home that were sticking or falling off the rails. He replaced the track system in both, and was able to do so without affecting our walls. We had been putting off these repairs for a long time due to our understanding that most carpenters would take down a wall to replace a track, so it was a huge relief when we found Gary and learned that he could do this seamlessly!

    J & E Installation
I first called J&E to determine their policy for giving estimates. The owner I spoke with (there are two) said I should come to the showroom first so I drove to their business location the next morning. When I walked inside, a bell rang to announce my entry but the display room was quiet. I walked toward the back of the room while looking at some of the doors on display, then heard voices coming from a back room. Because a bell had rung when I came through the front door I chose to assume my presence was known and give the people in back time to finish their conversation rather than interrupt. At least five minutes passed without acknowledgement so I walked to the door to the back room and called, "Hello--?" This owner, with his back to me, only said only he would be with me in a minute--no smile, no hello, no sorry for the wait. This indifference continued for the course of my brief conversation with him when we finally sat down at a counter. As I was at the beginning stages of deciding details for a replacement entryway door system, I was hoping he might take some time with me but that didn't happen. He asked only the most basic of questions so he could flip through his binder and write a couple of "estimate" costs next to pictures in a product catalog! From my experience, I got the impression that he wasn't interested in taking on the project. My husband and I decided to take our business elsewhere.

    SPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING
At the time my husband and I hired Designs in Glass, we planned to sell our house once the renovations were complete. Over the years, we had grown so frustrated and unhappy with everything that was wrong with the house - it was outdated, had been neglected, there were electrical issues that were never properly repaired. Our house didn't feel like home. It was an uncomfortable, unattractive money pit. After years of dealing with marginally competent contractors/repair persons, we met with Howard at Designs in Glass. From our first meeting, Howard listened to what we wanted and he understood our vision and goals. He offered fantastic ideas based on his experience and expertise but was not ever pushy. Throughout the renovations, Howard was our exclusive point of contact. He was always accessible and responsive. He came to our house frequently, making certain all of the work was performed in excellence. He has a fantastic eye for detail and for the big picture. He left no aspect of our renovations unattended. Howard ushered us through the renovation process so that it was not at all stressful, and was actually enjoyable. Howard and his company are professional, experienced and absolutely reliable. Designs in Glass delivered everything we wanted beyond our expectations - including (but not limited to) our flooring, staircase, beautifully constructed built-in cabinetry in our family room, kitchen hardware and granite kitchen and bathroom countertops. Finally, our home is beautiful and feels like home. The work was completed nearly two years ago - so I've lived with it for some time. Everything has held up impeccably and I love the renovations today as much as I did when they were brand new. My husband and I have decided not to move and we actually entertain again. The renovations were well worth every dollar spent. Our upstairs bathrooms need to be renovated (the house was built in the 1970s). As soon as we're ready to proceed, we're calling Howard at Designs in Glass. No question.

    Speed Pro Painting Co
As always, Tara and Justin made a great team. They were on time and showed up on the days they said they would be here. The paint jobs were perfect (no drips or overlap on moldings.) Also, heat/cold air vents and outlet plates were painted. We had them do ceilings, moldings and wainscoting as well. "Dings" and holes were patched and sanded. You can't even tell where they had been. We were impressed by the speed of the various jobs while maintaining job quality. There was no worry about drips on furniture, rugs or floors. Everything was fully protected. Clean up was outstanding. Tara has a full color spectrum of paint and assisted us in picking and matching. Her input given the lighting conditions etc. was invaluable. We have already scheduled more work for May 2018. We highly recommend Speed Pro Painting. We have been 100% satisfied.

Great! They were a bit backed up when I originally called in December but contacted me later and got the ball rolling right away. Don was very professional and patient. He picked up the shower door that I ordered only to learn that it was too large. He took it back and also showed me that the door I actually needed was at another store for a cheaper price. He picked it up and installed it right away. Everything else went very smoothly and everything is working fine. I plan to contact them again for some painting in the future.

    Perfection Home Remodeling
High winds caught our front storm door, which caused extensive damage to the wood jamb. Called Perfection about 2 weeks before Christmas, and Tracy said she'd do her best to get us scheduled before the holiday. And she came through! Marty and Nate arrived on time, and Marty assessed the situation. He told us the wood could not be repaired, so he removed a good 18-inch piece of the jamb, and replaced it with new wood. Looks fantastic, and the door closer is now solidly anchored. Probably more work than they bargained for, but I couldn't be happier with the work product. Thoroughly professional company, from the initial scheduling to the final result. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic. Install was expediated, all staff were professional and helpful, but NOT pushy. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was making the best decision. Highly recommend them, particularly over those will not be named down the street (bad experience).
