  We got quotes from 3 well-known companies and Michelle was the most knowledgable of them all. She helped us through a patio door dilemma and she was also the most efficient (fast!) during the free estimate visit. We placed our order with 50% down on Feb.1 and today (feb. 21) our blinds are installed. Highly recommend for both price and professionalism. We saved $1,000+ over the big box retailer.

  I had an excellent experience.  I was able to make an appointment for a convenient time.  The design person arrive promptly and listened to all my concerns and was able to offer excellent suggestions on how to handle different design issues.  She spent about a 60-90 minutes.  She offered me some cost saving options as well.  I told her I needed the blinds installed by a specific date and she assured me that would happen.
  The blinds installer called before the blinds arrived and worked with my schedule to set the install appointment.  He arrived promptly and was very thorough in the install and clean up. He explained how everything worked and how to make minor repairs myself.  He even asked if there were any blinds in the house that had problems that he could fix while he was there!  (There were and he did at no charge).
  I purchased door wall vertical cellular shades for 2 door walls and also 1 top and bottom cellular shade for a very tall window.  The job cost $3500---kind of pricey---but I felt the service and quality made it worthwhile.  I had looked at other places and either the design fees cost extra or the installation did and reviews of those places were problematic.

  Harry Merin from Josel Blinds was super nice to work with.  He contacted immediately after I purchased a "Big Deal" and kept in contact with me until I closed on my condo and immediately set the appointment to measure all the windows.  He made great suggestions and within two weeks we had our custom blinds installed.  I recommend Josel Blinds and would definitely use them again.

  Harry was wonderful.  When he came for the initial consultation, he understood immediately what we were looking for and was able to recommend the best way to achieve this look.  He was courteous, fun and respectful of my time. When he and Andrew came to install the blinds two weeks later, they did a fantastic job.  The measurements Harry took were spot on and they were quick and efficient in getting the blinds installed.  Harry and Andrew also said they were dog lovers and didn't mind if my dogs stayed inside and hung with them during the install.  Harry showed me how to operate the blinds (wood blinds can be heavy and little tricky), and the overall look is wonderful.  The kitchen actually looks bigger with the new blinds, and the living room has a much more finished look to it.  I would definitely recommend Josel blinds. Their products and their people are genuine and have your best interest at heart.

  Perfection Home Remodeling

  Once Joe came to give an estimate it took a few weeks before they could come out to do the job.  100% worth the wait!!!  Chris showed up on time ready to work. Everything Joe and I discussed was done to perfection. I even added a few things last minute and they had no problem with that. when I returned home from work each night, I couldn't even tell there was work done that day. (They were very tidy)  The project took 3 days to complete. THEY WERE AWESOME!!!!!

  It went pretty good. I liked their service, they were friendly and they did a good job. There was only one problem with them, what we have is when you have the sliding glass door and you have the shape that you pull up and forth, it needs one of those little weighted balances on it and they were supposed to give me a weighted balance, he was supposed to bring it back and drop it off in my mailbox and he never did, that's the only issue that I've had with them. I would use them again but I would make sure that I got everything that I require before I pay them.
