    Witbeck Appliances & Elects
DO NOT HIRE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY !!! I bought a dishwasher with a home warranty 3 years ago and it has broke 3 times. It is a KitchenAid with a 5 year home warranty. It cost 615.00. for the dishwasher. It cost 105 for the Warranty. It was explained by the rip off salesman that if the dishwasher breaks down at any time it would be fixed for free promptly. Three times it has broke down and 3 times I have had to wait minimally 1 week to be serviced and up to a month if the part wasn't on the truck! There are 3 levels you have to go through with this rip off company to get your appliance serviced through the home warranty. First you call the rip off company Witbeck. Witbeck sends you to the warranty company and they give you a service date. Next you call have to call the company that services the dishwasher and they give you another appointment after the first lie on the appointment. So as you can surmise Witbeck Appliance, the rip off company, sells their problems to another company that sets up a fake date to appease the customer, and then they send you to another company that actually does the service and is so busy and full of appointments that you cannot get your appliance repaired for minimally a week to upwards of a month! So do not buy anything from this rip off company. They do not personally stand behind their products and their repair companies they use are inept a devoid of any ability to remedy a problem quickly. Three times broken in three years due to product quality and the inability to talk to any one remotely interested in fixing a problem and making things right is a huge red flag! NEVER,NEVER,NEVER purchase anything from this rip off company Witbeck Appliance. I will spend the rest of my day helping future unfortunate customers by posting on every available social media outlet! Beware!!!

Awful. Per their website we used their link and sent photos and dimensions of 2 pieces we were looking to have done. Mind you, we found them based on their reviews. Our quote was met with a rude response that didn't even acknowledge us, nor were they kind enough to introduce themselves (use their name). The disposition of the email was uncalled for and it insulted our inquiry and our furniture. If I can't trust you with courtesy, I sure as **** can't trust you with my furniture. They may do good work, but no one deserves to be treated in a condescending manner. No thanks.

They were very responsive when I sent the pictures and gave me their advice on how to proceed, which I took. They finished quicker than they had quoted. The two pieces match now and look beautiful together. I can't tell you how relieved I was to get them back and so pleased with how they look. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would absolutely trust them to handle another job in the future.

Excellent! You can tell that Craig is an expert in his field and was very professional as well. He guided us in the right direction and did not do any unnecessary work. He consulted with us as he made decisions about what was best for our older model piano.

    Berger's Table Pad Factory
Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners.

    Carol's Upholstery
This is a small shop and the work will not be accomplished over night. I think we had a three week period for the job to be completed - which was no problem for us. Also, I did have some sticker shock on the price, but I feel she was competitive with other competitors.

Mr. Gulledge was prompt, personable, job-focused, even a good sport about our dog howling (not) in tune to the piano. Sorry, Mr. Gulledge, that our dog was audible even from the farthest closed room. The tuning was done very satisfactorily in a reasonable time frame. The price couldn't be beat.

    Kentaro's Piano Kare
I have owned pianos for decades, and so I have dealt with many piano tuners over the years, because we move around a lot.  I really have to say that Kentaro is the not only the most caring but also the most careful and detailed. piano tuner I have ever had. He is a Registered Piano Technician through the Piano Technicians Guild, so he certainly is well-qualified, and this is demonstrated in the quality of his work.  A couple of the keys on my baby grand gave him some trouble, but he patiently persisted to resolve the problem. He even came back the next day for some fine tuning!  Thanks a million, Kentaro!  P.S. Did I mention that he is also a really nice guy?

    Ace Piano Inc
Craig was very professional on the phone. I explained that we had recently acquired a 90 year old baby grand piano and wanted to have it tuned. We scheduled an appointment for the next week. He warned me that a piano that hasn't been maintainer regularly could need two tunings initially. He called the night before the appointment to confirm and called the day of to say he would be about 20 minutes later than scheduled.
He thoroughly explained common issues with older pianos, assessed the condition of the different parts, explained options for tuning (tuning piano to itself or to pitch) and the considerations for each with an older piano. The actual tuning took about 45 minutes and he was happy to report that even though it at first seemed that there could be issues with some of the pegs, they were actually holding the tuning just fine and the only additional service needed would be a second tuning in 1-2 months (instead of waiting the standard 6 months). He explained the importance of using a humidifier on the furnace in winter to prevent the pegboard from drying out and even suggested buying a digital hygrometer on Amazon so we know the humidity of the room the piano is in.
Craig was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and we will definitely use him again for all our tuning and piano repair needs.

I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of my initial call. Craig called the night before the appointment to confirm, and arrived exactly on time. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. There were no serious problems with either piano, so he only needed to tune them. Both pianos sounded great when he was finished. He was able to answer all my questions and offered information about caring for the instruments. I initially thought that his price of $125 for each piano was a bit high, but after doing further research, I found that it's actually pretty close to the going rate. I feel that Craig offered a valuable service at a fair price. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
