They gave a quote over the phone and Tony came out 2 HOURS later to replace our hot water heater. He worked fast and efficiently. He was professional and kind hearted. 100/10 recommend!! Billy and Justin were there every step of the way, they patiently explained everything to me (sometimes more than once), always with a smile. They really made me feel at ease with the large investment I had made. They were ALWAYS courteous when entering my home and their clean up process was impeccable. ABonham Heating and Air ConditioningThe office dispatcher and the tech were extremely responsive to my dire need for a diagnosis and heating repair during a period of sub freezing temperatures. What is even more impressive that that the tech had the part on the truck. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no need to wait days for parts. Set up new heating/cooling zones. handled all permits & inspections. AJ-Goods Plumbing and HeatingIt’s not often you get to write two good reviews in one year! J-Goods replaced our boiler at the start of the year. They werefast and efficient and reasonably priced. We had a few teething issues and problems and I nearly lost the faith, so when I woke up this morning with no heat at all I was at my wits end. Jon responded immediately to my somewhat emotional voice message and had a senior tech at the house in less than an hour. He found the problem (manufacturer hadn’t tightened a valve and water and electrics don’t mix) grabbed the part and fixed it within a couple of hours. All under warranty and no charge. It’s impossible to say how grateful I am without getting emotional again! :D Thank you to the team at J Goods. I highly recommend them.- Sarah T.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
