I was given quotes for 2 options, and based on my decision, the new water heaters were installed the same day. I didn't shop around, so I don't know how these rates compare with other companies, but I was very happy with the work done. The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company, and will use this company again.

Called Tuesday morning for service at a rental property I own. I advised the tenant could be there any afternoon with a day's notice, if they could please call to schedule with him. I also asked if they could take a credit card over the phone from me (yes) or if I would need to meet someone at the property (no). The woman who answered told me they could get someone there Wednesday afternoon (next day). I said great, please call the tenant to let them know. I also had to suggest that they may need more information from me that they didn't ask for: my billing address, email (can they email a receipt? yes), etc. Next day around 5pm I contacted the tenant to see how it went. He told me they hadn't called or come by at all. I called the office and they said the tech tried to reach me to find out how I would pay, and since I didn't answer, he moved on to another job. I reminded them that I had asked about paying by credit card over the phone AND had asked that they schedule with the tenant, and they said they would get in touch with the tenant and get something on for the next day. Next day I talked to the tenant and got multiple answers: 1. they didn't call at all today; 2. he called them today and they said they'd be by this afternoon; 3. they called him and said they'd be by this afternoon; 4. their phone number is disconnected (it's not). By now it was near the end of the second day that Miteff was supposed to go by the house, so I called them to get the story. Their answer was that they told the tenant they will not be coming out, and that they're not interested in the job. This is a new tenant, so I am learning a personality. It's entirely possible he was difficult to deal with somehow. I'll never know, since Miteff didn't bother to inform me of their plan to refuse the job until I called them. They also didn't give me any opportunity to resolve whatever issue they might have had, if any. They get an F from me, and I won't use them for any other work.

I had a cracked casing and they repaired it quickly and economically. Their customer service was fantastic. They came when they said they would, did a good job on repairs, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I don't know what more I could have asked for.

Called Dyer at 8am and Dyer arrived at around 10:30am to diagnose that I had an underground leak near my wellhead. They could not repair that day because their equipment was in service at another clients. They sent their employees out to hand dig around the wellhead (while mosquitoes are them alive) and repaired it the next day so that out water could be restored. They did not charge extra for the manual labor. They are responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. I would not call anyone else for my well needs.

Aaron arrived with his apprentice, on time, and performed the work quickly and efficiently.
He removed our old hot water heater, and installed a tankless water heater.
When we had questions about the new system, he returned my calls quickly and answered all my questions.
His work was done quickly, and he met the quoted price for the job.
We had received estimates for this job, from 2 other plumbers.
Aaron's price was well below the other quotes we got, and he was very friendly and efficient.
We have more work scheduled, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends.
We will call him in the future, for all of our plumbing needs.

    He never called back!

The owner came to my home in DeWitt.  Said he'd never been here, which is correct.  I explained to him that he had gone to a 2nd property I own in Eaton Rapids.  He remembered then that he did go to that property, but was tired after a long day of work and forgot to make himself a note to go back there to make an estimate.  He was very apologetic and I understood.  He was very cordial.
I told him I'd correct the review, but I wasn't able to.  At the time, we were having storms, power outages, downed lines, etc. which continued off and on for months (and continue to be a problem again this year, as does much of the US.)   It wasn't until I filed a review for a Contractor I recently used that I saw the review for Trust Plumbing and wanted to correct it.  I couldn't make a change in the 'OVERALL' rating, but he didn't do any work at the Eaton Rapids location, so it wouldn't be applicable  - N/A - anyway.

He did just beautiful work overall. He did a beautiful job in preparing the lawn for planting seed. We have remade the place and it's far more beautiful and exceptional than it was before and safer as well. The price was a bargain. Looking forward to some more money coming in so we can get some more done.

Tri-County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc
John showed up at the time promised and took about half an hour to pull out the toilet, fix the leak, put it back, and clean up. We haven't had any signs of leakage since. We've used Tri-County any time we've needed a plumber since moving into this house 10 years ago. They have always responded promptly, been open about the options, and generally been the type of service people you hope to find, but rarely do.

Still waiting for the other shoe to drop! After misdiagnosing the problem, charging another $650, my wife and I are worried what we will find next that they "missed" upon initial inspection and estimate. Our ceiling and drywall is a mess after the holes they tore into them after their first screw up. Not pleased at all!

As an update, the company president did follow up by coming to our house and inspecting the work performed and reviewing procedures. He did issue a refund of the initial cost and admitted the repairman was not as thorough as he should have been for the initial diagnosis. Good to know that somebody still stands behind their work!

See above for most of story. John was extremely courteous but has a great sense of humor as we talked and he answered my questions. John was not sure the problem was entirely fixed and said he may have to come back and do more if the problem continued. The dishwasher problem was totally solved but about 3 weeks later the laundry back-up problem started again. I was not surprised as John had prepared me for further possible problems. When I'm able I'll have him return, knowing that it will probably involve more and cost more as well. The house is more than 100 years old and has been somewhat neglected at times so no wonder she's having problems now!
