They arrived on time on 6/21/16 and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the debris and hauling it away. I was very surprised to see that they did not leave a single leaf or small twig on the ground when they finished cleaning up the huge pile that I had created for them. AChuck It Junk Removal, LLCExcellent communication, I received a quick response once I had purchased the 'deal' by email. I provided my phone number and shortly thereafter a friendly gentleman called to schedule a date. They were super accommodating, scheduling around my appointments and time frame. I received an advance call to remind me of the appointment prior to the date agreed upon and the truck arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The two young men were friendly and professional and really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. As we weren't exactly sure what would fit in the included special, we asked for them to load only what would be included and to provide us with an estimate for the remainder for a later pick up, which they did. They were very generous with their time, never rushing us or making us feel pressured. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping my husband remove the trash bags covering the remaining household and construction debris the previous owners had left behind. DVery Disappointed. We hired Speedy Cleaners for house cleaning and mentioned that the kitchen was the most important room. After they left we saw food crumbs under the refrigerator and oven (right upfront, not even further back) and other trash under the sink. The next day (while moving in) we found piles of dust in corners of other rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Basically, all areas/spots that were not immediately accessible had been ignored and only the easy surfaces/floors were cleaned. And these are just two examples of the disappointing service. Communication was professional but for $450 we really expected much better cleaning. We ended up making Target runs to buy cleaning supplies and doing a round of cleaning ourselves. Will not be recommending to our friends.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Many of our customers have said that their yard was much cleaner when we finished than it was before we started.
