    Ziebart did not remove the wax coating from undercarriage, applied to much coating and rust proof dripped off all over tires, driveway, got all over my interior. They chipped paint on my door, Window tint has dozens of bubbles and is peeling. Had a second opinion today from a real body shop and has to be completely removed and redone. They couldn���t believe how terrible it was. Estimated damaged are now 2100.00. I would suggest never taking a vehicle there. I will be seeking legal advise.

    It went well as always....I stopped in to have them listen to the noise and test drive to get a brief diagnosis....they confirmed it most likely was a bearing. We set up a time to have work done. They called and gave me an estimate after which I had them replace bearing. I have had not problems since....I have know these mechanics for years and I never hesitate to use them when needed....I trust their work, and always appreciate the honesty. They will always do a good job.

    Originally, I was told the repair would take about a week, unless they found further damage. As it turns out the suspension was also involved. Phil Murphy kept me up to date with detailed phone calls. Fourteen days after Crippen's Body Shop got my my banged up Honda Civic, I had it back. It looks great, and it handles beautifully. They even buffed out some older scratches on the rear bumper.
    I would definitely recommend Phil Murphy and his crew, even though this isn't a Honda dealership they did a fantastic job on my car.

    Amazing! Of course the air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer. Called at 4:30 they told me to bring it in the next morning. There were cars lined up out the door when I arrived. Around noon I received a call informing me it was more than just a recharge of the unit. The weather had been unseasonably hot and there were no parts in the area to be found, they would continue to search. They found the part, out of the area, installed it and because it ended up being so much more involved and expensive than originally anticipated, they reduced the price by $150.00! They actually remember what customer service is, and that is a rarity these days.

    I've always felt I was treated fairly here. Their work is prompt, or if it's going to take longer, I usually get a pretty accurate ETA for completion. Last time, they let me go to a nearby parts store for a bulb, which they installed later, saving me some cash.

    Great garage, great techs but a recent victim of their own extreme success. We had excellent experiences top-to-bottom with our first few visits, but for the last two repairs, we had to wait between 1.5 and 2 full days for service after dropping cars off. Today, I picked my vehicle up after 48 hours on-site without a look by a mechanic after scheduling the appointment 3 days in advance. I would still recommend this shop for their work quality, but be sure to ask about their work load before dropping off your vehicle.

    He's great. I got an appraisal from the dealer and they came way under and saved me a lot of money. We always considered them fair and they were very nice. They don't take advantage of you. A neighbor used him as their mechanic and we've been using him ever since. When you leave with your car it's done right and you feel safe. He's available and if anything is wrong he'll fix it.

    I started with a different provider, selecting a date that was convenient for me. They called me the day before to say they had double-booked appointments and wanted to bump me to a less convenient date, so I called my insurance provider and let them choose Safelite. Not only did they replace my windshield on the date and time I had originally chosen, they came to my home to do the work!
    They were true to their word every step of the way, including a call from technician Timothy Pickell that he was on his way. There were touches I hadn't been aware of or expected, too: when Timothy told me the job was finished, I discovered that he had washed all the windows and vacuumed the car! Outstanding.
    I'm reserving judgment on the cost since I only paid the standard deductible. I know some providers will deal with you on the deductible, and that wasn't offered in this case. The service was so good that I didn't push it.
    I would strongly recommend Safelite of Lansing.

    I called and inquired as to whether they'd be able to get my truck in and check my brakes and u-joints. They added me to their list and I dropped the vehicle off late in the day. Early the next day they called and informed me that my brakes were in good shape except my rotors were warped and needed to be turned. This explained the pulsing and shaking when breaking. No attempt to upsell me with a full brake job. They also mentioned that I had a worn out upper ball joint that should be serviced soon. I asked if they could just add the ball joint to the brake repair and they did so. Later that evening they called and asked if I could wait until the following morning for my truck. I had no expectation of having the repairs done even that quickly as I basically cold dropped the truck on them. The called the next morning to let me know I could pick up the truck at my convenience. I went to Ryan's based on Angies List reviews. It was nice to start with a brake repair as it's usually pretty easy to tell if someone's trying to pad the job. Not only did they not try to add anything questionable, the repair was simpler than I'd estimated. The upper ball joint could have been padded out also and was not. Their prices were very fair. It's an old school establishment in the best way. Nothing fancy. A small garage off the beaten path and the counter manned by the mechanics themselves. I saw them schedule service by appointment for people who couldn't leave their vehicles. I've found my new auto mechanics.

    Dr Gizmo's Car Care
    He has done a lot of work for me before. He was very honest. He tries to do the best deal on me car parts. I had a lot of instances where I had taken me car to a car dealer and told me I need this for my brakes and when I took it to him, he told me I do not need it right now.  He cleans it up for me. He was just a good and honest person. I have seen him for years.
