    I had them out to inspect my AC, my furnace, and give me an estimate for a chimney-related problem. They concluded that the AC had sufficient refrigerant, pressure, and produced sufficient temperature difference both at the compressor and inside the home. However, in the next days it got very hot, and while the inside fan was running, the AC didn't really produce any cool air. After two days of enduring this, I mentioned it to another HVAC company who visited me for the same estimate for my chimney matter (for which they ended up charging less than half of what Ryan wanted, but that's another matter), and he took a quick look. We both went to the compressor, and it turned out that the Ryan techs had left the fuses disconnected and sitting on the compressor, so the outside unit never kicked on! To make matters worse, they had also not put the little screw caps on the valves where they hook up their recharge equipment. This means the valves would be exposed to the element, and this being close to the ground, likely plug up over time with grime. So, they made two major beginner's mistakes with my AC! They then asked me to email pictures, which I did, but never called back or contacted me again. When I then called them again, Mr. Ryan twice hung up on me. STAY AWAY!!!!!

    All-Star Mechanical deserves an A++. This is the type of leader-owned, community-focused, socially-minded business that we need more of in our world. Larry is an outstanding advocate for his community and his clientele. I requested a repair estimate for a non-English speaking client who's furnace had been out of commission for 2+ weeks during this brutal winter. Larry accommodated a visit to this individual's home within 48 hours and was able to identify/solve the problem in a single visit! I admired All-Star Mechanical for their stance on equality and justice; but I fell in love with them even more after experiencing the STELLAR customer service and IMPECCABLE work. Kudos to the entire All-Star Mechanical team. We will be utilizing and recommending their services whenever possible!

    In a pinch last night and in cold weather, my newer furnace was suddenly not functional so I was forced to reach out to Doty after hours. Clayton answered my call and patiently walked me through multiple steps to correct the issue. With newborn babies in the home, the loss of heat required urgent attention and Clayton exceeded my expectations. Although this newer equipment in a newer home was installed by another local HVAC company, I knew Doty from previous experience living in the area and was confident superior service would be provided. I will certainly reach out to Doty first for future issues. Thank you again, Clayton!

    Didn't go real good. He kept finding parts that would 'Fix' the issue but then come to find out that it wasn't what the problem was but we got to pay for the part while they trouble shooted to find out what the real issue was. We felt we were sent a new guy that didn't have much experience. Nice guy but expensive. This might be a training issue.

    Very well. Did a diagnosis on the electrical and checked freon levels. Found a dead frog inside the control panel and removed it. also checked the capacitor for continuity and function. When he was finished the AC was working again. :-)

    Excellent and professional service beginning with the salesman to the installers and to the last technician who set our Wi-Fi thermostat. Very impressed with how polite and considerate this company is and in getting the job completed in one day. The installers/technicians took their time to answer any questions we had and to instruct us on the usage of the equipment that was installed. It was a long day for the crew; yet, they completed the job with a smile and never a grumble.

    I thought they were good. They were pretty responsive. They were in and out in about 90 minutes. I believe there was just one worker. He left the area as they found it. They were prompt and did the work that was suppose to be done. I was very satisfied.

    Did not leave old parts and was not asked if i wanted them. Did not clean unit. Called company and they told me i would have to schedule a tune up to get unit cleaned. I believe for the amount of money they should have automarically cleaned the unit and have me option to keep parts. However, i do appreciate the same day service and punctuality.

    We schedule a time to do the work that was convenient for both of us (I was not in a rush to get this done). Larry came out on time and we discussed the job before he started. He set up quickly and got to work. Job took around 1 1/2 hrs and looks great. Took the time to explain what he did and why. Cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. Very happy working with Larry and would contact him if I needed heating/cooling/gas line work again. Added bonus: he took the time to answer some questions that I had about our gas fireplace that was installed in the house when we bought it (no instruction manual). He didn't need to do this and didn't get paid extra but he was happy to do so. Just a nice guy.
