FI called this company to hire them to clean my home weekly. On the phone we scheduled an appointment for today, during the booking we were told we needed to pay up front for services. Not a problem at all, we were charged 168.00 and told someone would be arriving at 1:30 to clean the home. Nearly 2 hours later no one has shown up or called. I have called their number listed on Angie’s list to inquire as to if they are running late or not coming at all and need to reschedule. The customer service representative told me I needed to download their app (which during booking no one ever mentioned) to see if they were in fact still coming. I politely told the girl I did not want to create a login all I simply wanted to know was someone coming or not. She then told me three more times to download the app before admitting she couldn’t see any information regarding my appointment and would need to transfer me to customer service. Customer service is a voicemail box not a person. So now I am out 168.00, several hours of my time and the house still needs to be cleaned. Not exactly a handy company to do business with.

CThe ladies were professional, nice, prompt and the price was about right. After they had left I noticed that nothing on my bathroom counter had been cleaned. The counter looked like it was wiped down but things like toothbrush holder, paper cup holder and the wood around the mirrors were not. I did not pursue this as we were on a time limit. I also did not want to have to complain about the cleaning. The whole purpose of getting my house cleaned was that I didn't want to have to deal with it.
