    Incredible service.  Tom was responsive and quickly diagnosed the issue upon arrival.  He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why.  Also really appreciated his practical approach by pointing out a rewiring option that would be ideal, but not necessary, and left it with us to decide whether to incur the added expense.  All in all, one of the best service experiences I have had in quite some time.

    Called Wireworks out to mount a couple ceiling fans and Tom was there within a couple days. He was punctual, very polite and friendly and cleaned up the area after he was finished. The fans looked great so I called him back out to hang a vanity light in the bathroom and also hang two light on the wall of one of my bedrooms. This consisted of him having to drill out a hole to wire up a second light where there hadn't been any pre existing electrical. He had to drill from the basement up through the wall and it looked like quite a task. After he was finished he swept up every piece of material that hit the floor and the light looked awesome! Super nice guy and definitely my go-to electrician now.

    Showed up first thing in the morning in 3 trucks with 3 different experts. Electrician, plumber for 75+feet of gas line and generator expert. It took them from about 8:20am till about 5:00 to finish and clean up after themselves. Not a hard job but fuse box on one side of Ranch house and gas line 75 feet away on other side. They did a very professional job and when done spent all the time I needed to understand it plus that it worked correctly.

    Emil "Rich" the owner came out on Nov 5 to look the project over and give us a quote to have our new hot tub wired.  He was on time and very friendly.  We discussed different options of how to wire the tub since our panel was pretty full.  He must have spent a half hour with me discussing the project (this is our first tub and I had some concerns); again, really nice guy.  | |I told them that my schedule was tight so the held a block of time open for me on 11/8 before we had even accepted the quote (big plus).  | |The actual employees who came to do the work were scheduled to do the work between 8-10.  I could have misunderstood and perhaps they were supposed to arrive between 8-10.  Anyway, 10:15 rolls around and I haven't heard anything so I call the shop.  They will be there around 10:45; no problem because I was working from home but would have been nice to have a heads up.  They worked for around 3 hours (two guys) and were nice enough.  One guy was friendly and would answer my questions; the other guy just looked at me like "why are you talking to me".  Again, I am new to hot tubs and wanted to be informed.  | |They tracked a lot of dirt and leaves into the house but that's to be expected I guess.  Rich (the owner and guy who did the quote) came at the completion of the project and looked over the work.  He asked for a broom to sweep off the patio that had gotten dirty when they were digging the trench.  Overall, the quality of work was good and I appreciated Rich's attention to detail.  | |Rich told me as they were leaving that they had brought the wrong breakers (non-GFCI).  Our tub takes two breakers: a 20 amp (jets) and a 30 amp (heater).  They wired it with two non-GFCI and said they would order the correct breakers and have them installed on Monday 11/11 but that they could do all of the work outside and I wouldn't have to be there.  Unfortunate but not a huge deal. | |Monday came and went without hearing anything so I called at 3:00 and asked if the work was finished.  Lady on the phone said she would check and email me back.  We were having friends over to try out the tub that evening so I emailed her a 4:30 when I didn't hear back from my phone call.  Since the tub isn't safe without GFCI breakers, we had to cancel our plans with our friends.  When I got home from work, the breakers had not been changed.  | |Called Tuesday am and was told that the wrong breakers had come in on Monday so they couldn't install them.  Understandable but would have been nice for someone to call me and tell me.  I was told that it would be done on Tuesday.  Got home from work on Tuesday and still no GFCI breakers and again no one called to tell me what was going on.  I call Wednesday morning and ask to speak to Rich and he is unavailable.  I am p***** because Friday became Monday, then Tuesday and now Wednesday.  | |The lady on the phone is very nice and assures me that the work will be done today (Wednesday).  She offers to call me when the new GFCI breakers are installed.   I get a call in the late afternoon that the work is done and it's actually done when I get home Wednesday.  I learn from her that they kept getting the wrong breakers in which is why the work was not done on Monday or Tuesday.  Would have been nice to know at the time instead of promising that things would be done then finding out that they weren't when I get home.  | |Inspector came through this morning and said that everything looked good hence the "A" for quality.  "C" for responsiveness because I had to initiate the communication regarding the follow-up work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. | |I was on the fence about if I would use them again but in the end, it was done right so I would use them again.

    Dennis is always responsive when we call. He is pleasant and accommodating. No job is ever too small for them. Sometimes contractors don't want the small jobs and are not responsive, but that is not the case with Thee Electric. On the day of the work the first person came and got the area ready, moving furniture and discussing with me where to put the lights. After an hour the second person came to help with the work. They were always asking me to verify things so there was no miscommunication about the job.
    AS with any lighting job, there had to be holes in the ceiling to access the area. We told them we would patch and repair them ourselves to save money. They were quick with the work and did left the smallest holes they could. They also cleaned up after themselves nicely.

    Pat and his assistant Casey came at 9:00 at agreed starting time. They did outside work first as there was an expected temperature drop coming mid to late morning. They finished outside by 11:00. Came inside and removed the range hood which had been installed with the wrong bolts which made it more difficult to  remove. Went to lunch and were back by 1:30. They put in 5 smoke detectors, removed the vent fan unit to make sure they got the right one to replace it. Put in the light fixture for my workbench which they had to create back at the shop because the type I had was not easily avaiable from suppliers. Also in the afternoon they responded to our inquires about the storage drawer on our stove not closing  because the electric plug was located  improperly by pulling the stove out and moving the plug from the floor to the wall. Drawer closes properly now.
    We are extremely pleased with work that Pat and Casey did. They were neat about their work and cleaned up each area as they finished, before going to the next spot. They were polite and listened to our questions and went out of their way to explain things to us.
    They came the next day to finish up 6th smoke detector, put in the new bathroom fan motor and install the wall switch.
    We were pleased with the price we paid for the work that was done. It was actually below the other 3 estimates we received for this work,and actually included 3 items that we hadn't asked for on the other estimates.
    We would definitely have Bohnet's back again if we need electrical help. Thank you Angies List for helping us find them.
