    The service rep arrived same day of our early morning call and proceeded to search for the problem. Once found he showed me the cause. He replaced the part and once the refrigerator was repaired and the panel that had been removed reinstalled he waited in order to make sure cooling was taking place. He even wiped out the freezer compartment (which our model has on the bottom, which is where the panel was removed). I informed him this would not be the last time we will be seeking their services since Dick's will be our go to appliance repair company henceforth. A great find thanks to Angie's List.

    1st visit determined that the ice maker needed to be replaced. Second visit was only a week later. About a month later, I called because the ice maker was not filling the container. He came right back out and found the part was faulty and will return in 3 days with a new part.

    Poorly. Nice guy. But had virtually zero good advice to give. We absolutely could have accomplished what he had to offer over the phone in about 4 minutes. Instead, they got $65 out of me. They knew it was a Bosch. They said they work on Bosch. I'm not convinced. He screwed with the detergent door, flipping it open and shut about 25 times. My wife and I already did that. He had no clue at what point in the cycle the door should open. I'm the one that suggested perhaps we should change the entire detergent door panel (a small panel on the interior). He gave me a price of $188 for that. But he gave me zero confidence that would do it. I won't call them again.

    It went well. Walt came in and assessed the problem as the compressor start relay switch. He had one in his truck so he was able to fix it at that time. The freezer immediately started cooling off and I haven't had a problem since then.

    Walt called before he came and arrived at the time the company said he would. We explained the problem to him of the internal water leakage from the refrigerator. He explained to us that the refrigerator was old and would see if the line could be either fixed or replaced at a reasonable price--or he would recommend to either keep the current refrigerator without the water line for water dispensing or to purchase a new refrigerator. Luck for us the line could be replaced at a reasonable price. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest. Was not trying to sell us something we did not need or want. Walt was wonderful and very informative.Without question, would hire this company again .

    This was a wonderful experience.  When I called to make an appointment, I said I needed hinges for the oven door and gave all the information.  Then I called back and said I would rather have them check the hinges before they ordered them.   They did need replacement and because I said I wasn't in a hurry and they could order when they had a few more things to order, when the order came in 2-3 days later, they offered to install them on the week-end.  That was just more service than I could handle so we scheduled for the following Monday.  These people are so great that they took apart all sections of the door so I could wash the glass.  Unbelievable difference in the way the oven bakes now and I can use my convection again.   Father and son are a great pair and I would recommend them to everyone.  And I would recommend their ethics and professionalism to many of the companies that deal with the public.

    Brian returned my call promptly, I described the problem, he indicated that he was familiar with the problem as it occurs frequently with units where the freezer is on the bottom. Even though he had a full day he came to fix the problem in between calls. He was friendly and professional and I enjoyed our conversation while he worked. I also learned about my frig/freezer.
