    Massage is as good as it gets and I have been getting massages since 1969. Sandra's work is incredible and highly effective. She is an amazing therapist, she can perform different types of massages based on your requirement, and is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I have been going to her for over 15 years. Her therapy room, sauna room and restroom is "always" spotless. She is also kind, considerate, professional and just a wonderful person. Thank you to Sandra. Highly Recommend! Jerry W.

    Appointments mean nothing to Dr Hoffman.. he schedules 3 to 4 patients for the same appt time. On my 3..4..and 5th visits after waiting at least 45 minutes beyond my appt time I gave up and left the office. Even after scheduling appt for first one in the morning or first one after lunch I still had a 35 to 45 minute wait before he saw me. I will not be going back again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR UNLESS U WANT TO SPEND YOUR WHOLE DAY WITH HIM.

    The office visit was fine and Dr. Randhawa seemed to have a good bedside manner. But her office is worse than a Third World operation. Getting it to call in my mom's multiple drugs was a nightmarish experience not just once but twice. THe doctor had to find the American equivalent of the Indian drugs my mom was taking. THe first time around, they called in the drugs to the wrong pharmacy, on the wrong birth-date and got her BP medicine wrong (she ordered a medicine without the diuretic combo). It took an hour-long futile visit to her clinic, dozens of calls and countless hours to get everything straightened out. The second time, I called twice and texted twice before getting any response. Finally, when I did, I actually texted a written list of all the drugs my mom needed to avoid any confusion and then went over the list with her assistant, hoping to avoid a repeat of the first time. No such luck. They again did not call in the diuretic and the baby aspirin. (One other med that I thought that they had not called it turned out the pharmacy could not dispense for two weeks.) ANd getting them to rectify that mistake during the holiday week ended up being an exercise in abuse and humiliation. Folks, do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This one is not worth it. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes and knows only how to point fingers at everyone else.

    Dr Matt Rontal is an amazing surgeon. I have been seeing Dr Matt for over 10 yrs for surgical needs. The outcome from the surgeries is more than what I hoped for. Dr Matt is very compassionate and caring. His bedside manner is outstanding. The staff is professional. I have referred family members. Highly recommend.

    Honestly, theyve been my doctor since i was small, as well as my dad and mother have been going for 10+ years. I started with Kristy, then Cacco. I always had a pleasant time with Kristy, and it's been okay with Cacco. However, it's clear to see things have gone down hill, and i will be finding a new doctor due to events that occurred today. Starting off, when I got to the office, my scheduled appointment was pushed back 15 minutes without notice. When i called in, they checked me in at 3, and said i would get a call when they're ready. Instead i got a call saying that my insurance was invalid. I am 20 years old and am under my mother's insurance, another veteran of the office, so i told them to call my mom, when they asked me in a rude tone if they really wanted them to call my mom, i told them yes and gave them the number. They never called her. 20 minutes in a hot car later, i was told they were ready for me. This was my yearly physical. In this physical, i saw my doctor for a total of three minutes. When i was asked if i had new moles, i hesitantated, because i knew i had some. She just responded "great" took off her gloves, and asked for a urine sample. A vitals check was essentially my doctor's visit. I asked multiple times how much a flu shot was at the office, i was told they would look it up, then the doctor told me to look it up, or get a free one at a pharmacy. I know that an ESA letter can be obtained from any licensed medical professional, and when i asked the first time, the nurse said it was definitely possible and she would ask, i forgot to ask due to my doctor only being in the room for three minutes. After asking again, another nurse told me to go to another doctor as they dont do that ( i dont go to another doctor and my current doctor has known and prescribed me anxiety and depression meds for years). Also while waiting in my room, i was subject to the nurses crudely making fun of patients lack of knowledge, laughing and going on about how "groin pain is almost always hip pain" and explaining how the joints work in a laughing and degrading matter behind the patients back. Honestly it made the patient sound as dumb as a bag of rocks when he was just in pain. I will never be back to this office, and i told them as such, they let me walk away without an explanation of why i will never return and why i had such a terrible experience. Now that im an adult, i will make the adult decision and never return to an office that makes fun of their patients and dont care for their health. Also, just so Karle Medical Group is aware of the laws: "Federal rules and guidelines from the U.S. Department of Housing and Department of Transportation provide clear answers on this issue. A valid emotional support animal letter must come from a licensed healthcare professional (sometimes also referred to as a “licensed healthcare professional” or LHCP). Licensed health care professionals include physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, licensed counselors, and other licensed professionals. " SO.... No, I do not need to go to psych for this, I can go to my regular doctor, or even have one of your nurses write it, so the fact that I was given a NO with no explanation is unacceptable. Please call me Karle Medical Group, I think I need to have a chat with your office manager. Thank you for reading, please consider another doctor's office if you really care for your health.     My wife made an appointment and when she arrived she had to sit in the car until they called her cell phone. She noticed an elderly lady trying to enter the build which was locked. So my wife approached her to help. The lady did not know how to get as you had to call when you arrived and they would call you in when it was your turn. There should at least be a doorbell so those who do not have a cell phone could be helped. Then they called my wife an hour later and said that she owed $220.00 for her last appointment said very rudely that she would not be seen and her prescription would not be renewed. If you know anything about mental health it is not good to stop and start medications. Now my entire family has been going there since this year and we have spent thousands in office visits at 200 a pop, which on a side note is ridiculous for a 15 minute appointment where she just asked some questions and gave prescriptions. The doctor was very stand-offish at every visit even before covid. They have no human compassion and run like a bank. I saw the Physician assistants on other visits and they seemed more interested and caring. I had spoke with the business office person and she was more rude than the rest and when I wanted to know what I owed for and the dates of service acting like I was making her day difficult. I would have paid the money but my wife was so upset and she has anxiety badly just a way to make it worse. When they get paid it will be slow, maybe 20 a month but I am changing doctors for her well being. Our last doctor was awesome and took time with the patient and would worry about the money after she made sure we were ok. Unfortunately we moved and could not stay with her. What happened to patient care comes first.

    TMJ, NECK, FOREARM/ELBOW PAIN RELIEVED. I was referred to Sandra by my mom and Naturopath for a simple massage. She provides so much more; with a holistic attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and is an excellent listener. I went to see Sandra for a simple massage for tight shoulder and neck but she went beyond that and addressed my poor chin/neck posture, tight fascia in my forearms and around my elbows which I incorrectly attributed to tendinitis, directed me to a heavy metal detox expert, regularly brings in specialist massage therapists such as the craniosacral masseuse for my son and I. And recently gave significant relief to my TMJ which was acting up due to dental work. In addition to Sandra being an excellent masseuse, she also offers infrared sauna treatments, which leave me feeling like I've taken a nap in the sun, electromagnetic machine based on Tesla's research, power plate vibrator, and foot detox. If you are looking for a great masseuse to eliminate various back, neck, and joint pain, I HIGHLY recommend Sandra Papiez at Choosing TLC.

    Excellent. Dr Yang was eminently qualified and immediately pinpointed the cause of the infection where the dermatologist and audiologist failed. I was in severe pain for 48 hours. As soon as I took the ear drops Dr Yang prescribed the pain was relieved. She is very patient and listens and understands the problem. Her low key approach is an asset to her in establishing mutual confidence and trust with her patients. She is super and I will come to see her again anytime I have a problem with my ear or nose.
