    I could have gotten the standard dental at half the price, and probably would have been much more satisfied. When I signed up, they were advertising they would pay 50% in-network or out- on up to $3500 after a 12-month waiting period for orthodontic work. I went to have some orthodontic work and called beforehand, and they confirmed that, if I had services rendered that cost about $5800, insurance would cover $2900 of that. I had a pre-treatment estimate, and they were unable to tell what would be covered from that estimate. I had the work done, and it turned out the details of the coverage were not at all what was advertised. They said the maximum they would pay out is 50% of services costing a maximum of $4000. The explanation I received was that, in the state of Michigan, it is limited to the $2000 payout, instead of $3500. It was a total bait-and-switch. The brochure was very misleading. Not only that, but they didn't even send me the full amount. They sent 25% of the $2000, and are paying me incrementally for the rest.

    This is the fourth time I have used the Beaumont Health Center's physical therapy center. Three times I was given physical therapy after two successful hip replacement surgeries. This time I went to the physical therapy center for a knee injury. This a truly physical therapy center. The therapists are excellent, professional, encouraging, friendly, and just plain amazing. The center has physical therapy as well as warm water therapy, all guided by terrific therapists.
    I've driven to this facility two to three times a week from the Dearborn area and I would do it again because the care is excellent!!

    I was FORCED to us MEDCO to fill my prescriptions because my insurance plan now mandates it. My pharmacy of 10 years is no longer allowed to fill my scripts at the same copay level as MEDCO. We are outsources Michigan business to pill mills that exploit the system.
    I sent my scripts to MEDCO then called them 5 times and they said that they could not find my scripts. It seemed that they wanted me just to get off the phone. They made it feel like they were doing me a favor rather than appreciate my business. Either way MEDCO did not mail my script as promised and I had to be rushed to the doctor's.
    Would rather not take my medications anymore and suffer the consequence than deal with this sham of a company.

    It is pretty much up to par. I have seen better, but they are up-to-date and everything. The staff was only okay, but there wasn't anything really wrong with them. We went a half a dozen times and we only had to wait longer than 30 minutes once. I will certainly go back.

    We got there about 7:30 am. We were out at about 10 am. It went pretty fast considering they were pretty busy. I think he got good treatment. They were diligent about diagnosing his condition accurately and quickly.

    Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center have excellent treatment and give excellent care. They are very proactive with you and make sure you get checked out for any illnesses. The waiting period to get into the Emergency Room is not very long.

    I am 64 and they keep me alive I guess, they keep me healthy. I go there regularly like every six months. I am diabetic so I would say that they are keeping me alive. Sometimes, they keep you waiting. I would continue to use this practice in future.

    This pharmacy is always very good about doing things right but on this occasion they were particularly good. The head pharmacists who i deal with often is named Abir. She is extremely pleasant and helpful. They took my prescription by fax from my Dr's office and had it ready for me by the time i got to the pharmacy, about an hour after. I was dealing with an assistant initially but Abir made a point of talking to me about this particular medication and how it might affect others i was taking, making sure that the dr i saw knew about my other meds, letting me know about alternatives. She is super, i trust her completely and i like her a great deal. She even asked my wife how i was doing with the meds the next week when she came in for a prescription.

    The emergency room staff stabilized my son quickly however the rest of the hospital seemed quite disorganized. When a pediatric cardiologist from their staff was paged at 3am the page was not responded to for several hours. After admission, the breast milk I had expressed for my son was given to the wrong baby after my son was discharged and I had to go back for blood work to prove I was not carrying any diseases that this other infant could have received.
