AMICHIGAN GLASS COATINGS INCI wanted to reduce the solar effects of the southern and western exposure windows in my new house not only because of the heat in the summer, but also because of the harmful UV light and the fading it would cause to my new furniture. My realtor recommended Michigan Glass Coatings and wow, I'm so glad he did! From the start of the in-home quote by Jordan to the installation by Jordan and Aaron today, I'm beyond happy! I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and neat and also VERY accommodating when I made a change midway through the installation. An added benefit of the film I chose is that the skin cancer foundation recommends it as an effective UV protectant. It's no wonder Michigan Glass Coatings have been in business for over 40 years. DAce Piano IncWe were scheduled to have our piano tuned tomorrow. With the recent resurgence of the Covid-19 virus, we had second thoughts about having a stranger in the house at this time. When I called him to cancel and reschedule the appointment I was told that, "if I was the kind of person who is scared to death of Covid he would cancel the appointment.............but don't ever call me again". This is just plain rude and unprofessional. He also said that he, himself, was not concerned about the virus, which reinforces the fact that we do not want him in our house because it is likely he is not taking appropriate precautions.- Marianne W.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. FWe have prepared our house for the cleaning 3 times and no one showed. My husband has called them multiple times and they promised each time that we would have our cleaning done. We are extremely dissatisfied and will never use modernistic in the future. We have always used them in the past. This has caused us a great deal of work and they offered nothing in compensation.
