    My car has had several problems in the past, but Beech Monroe Auto Service is the only place I have actually received quality service and honesty. Craig, owner of the establishment, was honest about what actually needed to be done to my car and gave a very good estimate. Unlike other mechanics I have been to, Craig was honest and did not try to overcharge me. Not only was his personality exceptionally nice, but the service was amazing as well. My car is all better now and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend this mechanic, and I know that I myself will consider him my first choice if I should have any car issues in the future! Thanks so much Craig!

    I pay them monthly. That claim was fine, that was beautiful. There was no charge. They communicated with the people, they took care of the problem. They get “A’s” on everything. They did really well on that. What stood out was their ability to get me to the right repair shop that was near me, and the repair shop did a great job. Their responsiveness and attention to detail in giving me the service I needed right away.

    I am going to be purchasing a car here in April. I like my salesman, and I have been using him for about 35 years now. I buy either Ford or Lincoln, but have stayed with this same salesperson the whole time. I have had some recall work done here as well. I get all my oil changes, and tire rotations here. It is all under warranty, since I lease the car. The work was always done correctly.

    I liked that they had a good deal on a car detail but I had to point out some things that were missed for the two different cars that I did. For the amount I ended up paying in the end, it was a decent detail. From what I understand, it wasn't as good as a usual car detail can be. My interaction with them was fine. The work was a B minus. They should be a little bit more thorough.

    I was happy with what I got so far. I have not had the vehicle that long. I would definitely refer them because they go out of their way to try to make people happy. Matter of fact I had an incident on the highway and the car needed body work done and the guy was willing to pay for it instead of having to put it on my credit card. So I went ahead and did it. It was worth probably about $825. It was an incident where scrap metal came off his trailer and hit my vehicle. I took it in there, they did the bodywork, replaced the whole bumper cover and painted it. There are not many people you are going to find to fault Garber as far as cars go. For used cars and even new cars they go out of the way to be sure you are happy because that is what they claim they sell so they are different than some of the other dealerships. I got a pretty good deal on my car. Pricewise I say they are very competitive. The only dealing I had with the body shop I would give them an A for that. Their responsiveness is very good. Their salesman that I deal with initially did good follow up, I would probably give him a B, but the body shop said they would have it done in two days and they had it done in two days. I have no trouble taking my vehicle in there. They also handle all lines of cars; it is a big operation. You find them in other locations in the United States. Actually at one time they were the biggest Buick dealership in the United States. They have been around here for, if it is not 100 years it is d*mn close. It has kind of been handed down from generation to generation. I have known them ever since I have been in this town.

    This repair was done at Bear's new location off of Powers.  
    The '95 4runner was brought in for an oil leak fix.  After the service, the 4runner died on the way back to the house.  Bear ended up taking back the vehicle and we found out that we had a seized cam rod and required one new cylinder that was destroyed.  
    The seize was due to lack of oil pressure.  The hole that the oil flows through was completely clogged.  As a matter of coincidence, it happened after our service with Bear but this problem has been going on for a long time.  Even though it was not his fault, he felt bad since it happened right after our service.  Our of great respect, I won't go into the details on what Bear did for us.  The only thing I will say is this--Bear took such great care of us even though it was not his fault.  He did a LOT for us that he didn't have to.  
    I have been to Bear many times and I enjoy it.  He is such a kind and lovable gentleman.  This is the type of place I would refer to my mother.  
    I am sorry that this review is late.  Bear is great and I highly recommend his auto shop.  May the Lord bless him and his workers for the wonderful work they do.

    I got lost the first time I went, called the shop and they had be go the opposite way of their shop.  Ended up driving an hour out of the way.  Went back the second time to leave vehicle, because I finally figured out how to get there on my own and the supposed box I was to leave key in was nowhere to be found.  On the third try, I called the owner again, and this time he informed me that he did not know of the service that Angie's List was providing.  Ended up having to call Angie's List, twice, to get the problem resolved.  However, the second time I called I was screamed at by a "so-called" customer service person and told that I am not to call their place of business based on the membership that I have, even though I received an email from that office to tell me to call, and they left the number.  I finally spoke to a supervisor that day, and he finally called the shop after I waited for a few days for someone at Angie's List to get in contact with the shop.  It was just a mess.  To top it off, the owner seemed like he didn't want my business when I talked to him, because he kept trying to tell me about other shops that he assumed were closer to me, although, they were not offering the same service.  I finally just gave up with the whole entire mess and asked for my money back.  Waiting for that now.  So, good luck.  This was my first time using Angie's List and I have to say, I was really disappointed.

    I have been going there for a couple of years. What stands out most about them is that they have good mechanics. They know what they are doing. They are very friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family. They are very responsive. I had a coupon. They sent me a coupon the last time. So, I paid $27 for the hybrid oil for Ford Escapes. It is the longer lasting one. They send me coupons on the internet.
