    AG Appliance Repair
    I have had an LG front loading washer for 3 years.  I did not get the extended warranty on the washer because I carry a rider insurance with DTE energy company to cover all appliance repair.  My washer started to display LE on the panel and the washing cycle would not complete.  I call DTE and they had a company come out.  The company was unable to fix my LG washer and directed me to the LG company for guidance.  I called LG and they provided me two companies in the ��rea that serviced LG washers.  I called the first number provided which was AG appilance repair and Lorne Green answered the phone and promise me that he was the best in the industry and he would be out that day to troubleshoot the problem.  I had my adult son wait all day for the washer service and Lorne was a no call and no show.  I got a call the next day (Saturday) that Lorne would be out in an hour.  I waited almost 5 hours and Lorne showed.  He ran the washer through cycles and determined that he did not know what was wrong with it but was going to order many parts and replace them all and if it was still broken he would know what to do then.  He charged me $80 for the service and he set up another appointment for the following Friday afternoon.  Lorne Green never called or showed for that appointment.  I called Monday and inquired about the failed service.  Loren became extremely defensive and rude on the phone.  He said he had to inquire about the washer parts and would call me Tuesday to set up a service call.  Lorne claimed some of the parts came in but not all of them.  I called him Tuesday when he did not call me and he became rude and disrespectful again.  Unaware of the business structure I asked if I could speak to his boss.  Lorne provided me a number.  Lorne said he would call me Wednesday morning to tell me when he could come out and fix the washer.  When I did not get the call again I called the number he provide me to his boss.  It appeared that he had a random gentlemen answer the call.  When I began to explained the problem I was having the gentlemen immediately responded that he was given permission to refund the money I paid and that it was being sent out today.  I asked if he needed my address and I could hear Lorne telling the gentlemen that he had my address.  I asked the gentlemen for Lorne's last name and he would not give it to me.  I asked why the gentlemen did not call me to tell me that Lorne was not going to help me and my refunda was being sent out.  The gentlemen could not give me an answer.

    Upon further research I find out the Lorne Green is the owner of AG appliance repair and the number he provide me was to himself.  I am so disgusted by the level of disrespect and service that AG displayed, not to mention that I was beginning to wonder if I should allow him back in my house after how he spoke to me.  I have never experinced this level shady business practices in my life.

    Mark came out and plugged it back in again after we had tried that and it started working! Lasted about 2 days and quit again - he ordered the panel on front of freezer and was back out quickly and installed within minutes. Also gave us pointers on our front loading washer. He deducted the first visit from our total cost. Very happy with the Appliance Dr.!

    I spoke to Charles on 11/25/15 and told him that I didn't want a really early appointment after Thanksgiving,  He agreed and told me to call him anytime after 11/12 Since, I woke early, I called him initially at 9:40  to see if he wanted to come early because it sounded like his day was open. Initially, we agreed on 11/12 pm, in which case I did call back when we agreed upon and I didn't ever receive a call even to say that he couldn't come. So I called early to see if he was available and then called later, when we were actually supposed to have our appointment and I've heard nothing from him.  I'm sent straight to voicemail.

    He went to fix the washing machine and he tried to take apart my sump pump. He then tried to pour water in the bath tub, and just seemed to not know anything about the situation or how to fix it. He was completely ignorant.

    John is very knowledgeable & easy to work with.  He is prompt with his service & does excellent work.  His costs are extremely competitive.  Even after my wife forgot to mail him a check for a week, his follow-up was professional & courteous.  I will definitely be using him for any appliance issues I run into in the future.

    Greg arrived promptly and as promised. I had two leaks in a laundry tub, one under the kitchen sink and needed my dishwasher checked for leaks.  The day of the appointment, I also noticed that my outside faucet was dripping.  He fixed the leaks, checked my dishwasher and determined he had to replace my outside faucet.  Everything was done is an efficient, professional and cost conscious manner. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call on them again.

    furnace was making strange noises in am. called A to Z they came that afternoon and fixed the problem.  Also have A to Z appliance repair to fix my washing machine, same company, i like the prompt service.

         Went very well - dryer is about l0 years old and he explained that things start going wrong at this point and
          instead of putting a lot of money into the dryer to just use the standard 40 min cycle instead of using the
          other cycles on the machine.  Had been working great since following his advice.  Hopefully it will last for
          a couple more years.    Have dealt with Carmack for many years and have never had a problem with
          them!  Highly recommend!

    After spending some time assessing the problem and taking the washing machine apart (which is a 26 year old Hotpoint), he determined that we needed a new washer. I appreciated the honesty. His house call was late on a Saturday afternoon (to work around my own work schedule) and so I didn't accept his discount (and it's Christmas season!)
