ADinse Contracting LLCWe hired Brian and his team to remodel our outdated Master Bath and couldn't be more pleased. It is important to know that we were specifically looking for a contractor that we could trust as we are not local and needed the confidence that the work would be done perfectly without our day to day supervision. Before starting, Brian spent a ton of time with us discussing our goals and what some options might be to get the results we were looking for. Once the work was started, we were amazed at the attention to detail that was put into every step of the job by everyone on the team that was put into our work. At one point, we even went back and made different tile choices based upon Brian's observation of some defects in the tile we chose that we never even noticed. The work was smooth from beginning to end and Brian was in constant contact all along the way letting us know how things were progressing and bringing new ideas to our attention. We are very appreciative of all the work Brian and his team put into our project and are planning on using him again to do work in our Kitchen as well.- Mike S.

ASureGuard Roofing & MaintenanceAwesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They are both friendly, courteous, and take great pride in the work they do. They would take out the time to explain exactly what they were working on and were patient to answer any questions. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). The owner, Tony Saferian, came out almost daily to check on progress, answer questions and keep me aware of where they were at in the project. Tony is meticulous! He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far.- Robert J.

AMotor City BuildersMotor City helped us transform a lake front cottage into a family home. 900 Sqft of addition were added to the existing home. ~75% of the existing structure was demolished and rebuilt. The job required a lot of ingenuity and creativity. Dave and his crew helped us from the design phase through the building process making necessary adjustments through the life of the project. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the steps taken to correct this from happening again. Mike Waterman was the contractor who headed this project and who I had most communication with. He was a pleasure to do business with as he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and punctual. The crew kept all appointments and started early sometimes before daylight which impressed me. They cleaned up during and at the end of each day. The siding and roof look great. FSet an appointment with them, they called to change it then didn't show up for that one. Called me an hour and fifteen minutes later and argued with me about the time. Guess they have plenty of things to do. Perhaps they should take a little time to learn to respect the potential customer's time.

Scott, Josh and the team showed up every day, bright and early, and ready to work. They worked hard, methodically and consistently through the whole process. The team worked as a cohesive group. They were professional, conscientious, meticulous, courteous and very capable with an eye for detail. We were not nickeled and dimed throughout the project, all increases in cost were driven by our design changes and clearly discussed up front. They answered any questions we had graciously with full explanations. They treated our home as if it were their own. Things went very well and we were impressed with the quality of the work. So impressed in fact, we hired them to complete another project before they finished the first one. Based on our experience and the integrity they demonstrated I would recommend The Renewal Group without hesitation.
