Called Maher for a quote for tank replacement at my business. He showed up looked at the job left but didn’t quote. Came back a short time later I was not there told my people he was there to replace tank which he did. Told manager I would be receiving a bill for $1400 that was twice the amount others quoted. I called to complain that he never quoted and did job without authorization. We argued about price so he came back removed his tank cut all the lines did not replace my old tank and left. Ended up costing me an extra $200 as other quote intended to use some of the old plumbing that Maher took with him. He then called all the well people in the area to tell them not to do business with me that I dont pay my bills. This guy is bad news Beware!!!

Technition mislead my daughter into thinking that they snaked her drain, but only used the scope/camera to show the blockage. After lying about not being able to snake it because it couldn't be snaked, it was then communicated that the only thing that could be done to remove the blockage was to have them dig outside to put a clean out in the system and then for them to Hydro Jet it. Quoted the job at $1900.....I could replace a whole new pipe for that amount. Rejected the insane quote and paid a silly amount for them to leave in order to hire a real professional to clean it out with a snake that they said could not be done. Never go with this company, they only want to push their hydro system and fix a simple blockage.

Technition mislead my daughter into believing that they tried to snake the clog but only showed her how they used the scope to identify the clogged spot. They then said that there was no way to snake the clog and the only thing that would take care of the blockage was for them to dig outside to put a clean out in and then they would be able to hydro jet the pipe for $1,900. I could rip up and replace the whole pipe with a new pipe for less than half of that. She declined the quote and they insisted they weren't trying to take her money even tough they continued to increase the price of just snaking the drain because she took off work in order to get get the drain unclogged. She then asked them to leave and then found a real professional that was able to snake the clog that apparently couldn't be fixed by snaking it. They are extremely shady and are just trying to take advantage of people in need with trying to convince them that they need services that are not necessary at all. Never use this company!

Needed to move the plumbing for the kitchen sink so it would fit into our new kitchen island. Called Joel and he was great, was able to give us a quote the same day because he was working nearby and did the work 2 days later. We had zero room for error so hiring a master plumber gave us confidence the job would be completed properly without mishap and we were right. He was professional, polite, friendly, got right to work, measured everything for accuracy, completed the work efficiently and left no evidence he was here. He even reconnected the sink we had rigged up to use during construction. What a nice guy. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Bob Wyckoff, the owner, came and gave me a free estimate, which other companies wanted to charge for. He told me my well was 42 years old and needed to be replaced. His estimate was very reasonable. They drilled a new well, put in a new well pump and well tank and answered all my questions, which were numerous. I am a single woman and wanted to understand what was happening and Bob, Glen and Taylor were patient, explained everything and especially Bob and Glen were very knowledgeable. They even planted grass seed and put down straw where they had dug up my yard. I had very poor water pressure. I couldn't run the washing machine and do dishes. And I didn't have enough pressure to run the outside sprinkler and water my grass, even if nothing else was running. Now, I can run whatever I want. I have better water pressure now than I had when I bought the house 13 years ago. I would definitely recommend Wyckoff Well Drilling.

Jim and Vince came out on time and quickly began analyzing the problem. To make sure we weren't spending money we didn't need to, they started by seeing if the problem was with the well pump itself (expensive job) or with the electrical system where it enters the house. It turned out to be the latter. We ended up with a much less expensive repair than we'd feared, thanks to their diligence and honesty in searching for the most economic solution. I recommend them highly.

We purchased an older home that needed plumbing pipes replaced and/or leaks repaired. We also needed some of the valves brought up to current code. Nate did an excellent job reviewing our current plumbing and making recommendations. They also located an additional leak while they were making the quoted repairs and were able to fix during the same visit. We are very pleased with the professionalism and the work performed. We hired NES Plumbing again to inspect our grinder pump and add an alarm. They were honest about the good condition of the pump so we only needed to add the alarm. We now feel comfortable in our new older home that is much more sound from a plumbing perspective than the date we purchased it. We would not hesitate to recommend NES Plumbing or hire them again for future plumbing needs.

The company never called me.After a week I called them. After calling I had to wait a month for service. The main reason I called this service was a free filter was included. The technician asked if I wanted a filter change for $150. I had asked what about "free" and I was informed that not all filters were free. The ad did not state certain filters were for free. Lastly, the technician left the hose out of my de-humidifier pump tank and my floor was flooded.

They wanted to charge a $250 fee because it was a weekend, so we declined and scheduled for during the week. In the interim, I used instructions in the manual to rectify the problem myself, but my fix only lasted a week, so we had them come by. He did the exact same thing I did (cleaned fuel sensors). I apparently had not cleaned them well enough... being new to tankless heaters, I didn't want to damage anything by being too abrasive with any of the small parts. So he literally sanded build up off of the sensors and charged me $175. No parts were replaced, nothing was broken... he took out <20 screws, inspected MY work, and sanded 3 fuel rod sensors that are less than an inch long each. $175??? What a joke. Lesson learned.

I am new to the area and on the advise of my neighbor (and reviews on Angies list) called Bob Wyckoff regarding my malfunctioning well tank. He came out promptly on time and confirmed that the well tank needed to be replaced. We then scheduled an appointment for today, Saturday. (I was very appreciative that he could come on a Saturday as my work schedule would not permit a regular M-F appointment). Bob came with Glenn, exactly on time. There was a particularly difficult issue as the well tank was installed within the kitchen cabinet and to get the old broken tank out took a lot of creative work. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to make it happen and installed a brand new well tank. The new one worked great! Bob and Glenn were particularly personable, explained everything and answered all of my questions. We also discussed winterizing the cabin and he showed me exactly what he would do and how he was going to do the winterization. I was very very satisfied. I will use Bob Wyckoff again for any well/water related issues and winterization.
