  • Excellent. Work was done over the holidays so as I didn't miss any work. Daniel was courteous and knowledgeable and his crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire in the future if needed.

  • Went great. They were responsive, professional, punctual, and I’m so very happy I didn’t try to do this myself. The whole process took 3 days, was messy but not as bad as I thought it would be. They took great precautions to keep the dust to a minimum by tenting plastic all around the work area. They also protected my kitchen cabinets with heavy cardboard. I would highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier.

  • My husband and I recently worked with World of Floors to update a rental property with completely new laminate and carpet. We were quite satisfied with their speedy service! From start to finish, they communicated well and the job installation was completed to our specifications. We had to have them return once after completion... to fix a squeak in the entryway, and they did that well too. The installers worked quickly and picked up after themselves. Our only regret is not getting a little bit extra material just incase the floor need ot be fixed in the future. But overall, we were happy and would work with them in the future!

  • Elvis was very helpful in helping us choose our interiors, he had great ideas and tips for making things look wonderful! He was very patient with us when we were having trouble choosing floors and colors at the beginning but once things started rolling he was so helpful.

  • Professional, great prices and FAST! This business definitely knows what they are doing and they are going to get it done right the first time. Such a great experience, great team, and wonderful product. Will be coming back for any future flooring needs.

  • I had posted my honest review of this company and then removed it because I believed that Jim would make things right after our installation. The guys he sent to install our expensive flooring were not professional. They installed boards with milling issues that left gaps where a quarter wouldn't stand up. They installed the new baseboards that corners and seams did not match up. They dented and scratched our new flooring and walked all over our new floor tracking large amounts of water. When they came back to "make things right" they didn't replace any of the wood that was incorrectly installed. Instead they filled in all the gaps with wood putty and left us with wood that is now splitting and coming up. This company has been a major headache and they pretend to care, but the truth is they don't care. I didn't pay $13,000 for split boards and wood putty. I do not recommend this company to install hardwood flooring. We are so frustrated with this company that we decided to have a professional come out and fix the installation problems. It is a shame that we have to pay again to have it done right when we already paid to have it done right the first time.

  • I got an estimate hoping that their "Big Deal" (coupon on Angie's List) was legitimate. The coupon said $399 a $650 value to resand 200 sq ft. Mathematically on his final quote this didn't make sense at all. His quote w/o any extras on 286 sq ft was $855. This is a far cry from $399 for 200 sq ft. He said you pay the $399 and it would save me $199. The quote ended up by 1,140 w shoe molding. When I asked him where is the $399 deal for the 200 sq ft he just said "I told you what the deal was"

I felt like his coupon wasn't representing his price at all. Myself and my husband tried to make sense of his coupon and the quote w/o success. I am still looking for someone to sand my hardwood floors. That broke trust.

  • The house was reviewed and the sales person was very professional and accommodating and honestly one of the nicest sales people I have ever dealt with.  I was very happy with the wide array of products that were presented and the number of options available for flooring. I decided to change my flooring decision from engineered hardwood to carpet based on this review.  I was impressed with the product.  The crew arrived on time and were very professional and took care of everything for me including moving furniture, and removing all old flooring.  The job was completed on time and on budget.  If I ever have any other flooring work done in this house they will be my first call.

  • My house is an older house with many different problems.  Although there were some problems they were resolved quickly, and addressed with in days of the concerns. Harriet stayed on top of issues and worked to resolve them.  It was a team effort with company they deserve the A rating they are getting from me.

  • Overall it went very well.  They were very responsive, starting the job about a week after we signed the contract and put down a deposit.  The price was about $1,000 less than the other 3-4 companies we had quotes from.  They prepped the floor by sanding un-level edges of the subfloor before laying down the underlayment.  One of the other companies we talked to wanted us to level the floor before they would start the job.  A 2-man team was sent and they finished in 4 days.  We provided them with base moulding and shoe moulding which they cut and installed.  This part of the project was done pretty well considering it was a product that they had never worked with before, it was a composite material and not wood.
The only somewhat complaint we had is the cleanup portion of it.  When they were sanding sections of the subfloor in the living and dining rooms, no tarps or plastic was put up over the doorways and we ended up with a layer of sawdust in all of the other rooms on the main floor including the kitchen.  If we were at least warned of the dust storm, we could have maybe covered some things up or hung something over the doorways ourselves.  As the project was wrapping up, I was anxious about getting the rooms cleaned up, so I began swiffering up the floors.  I do not know if they would have done it if I had not.
