  • I went in and it took approximately 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I drove out. As the vehicle was old, we had recently dropped our comprehensive on it and had to pay out of pocket. The price was reasonable and the job was completed efficiently. The front office staff were also friendly and helpful.

  • Sometimes it's hard to get in because he is busy but he tries to get you in as fast as he can. He is professional, he has actually a degree in auto mechanics.  He tells you what is wrong.  He will do minor stuff if you're a customer of his, like he'll fix a fuse and won't charge you.  He tells you when he can do it, sometimes you have to wait, but because he makes sure that he has time to do your stuff it's done in a timely manner.

  • Denny, as always, was outstanding. I contacted him in the early afternoon to see if he could get my car in that afternoon. It was home for some body work. And he did get me in. He's the consummate pro. I've been going to Denny since he opened in 1996.

  • Talk about the WOW treatment. I called and spoke with John Mauro earlier the week before and layed it all on the line. We had a 2012 Durango with a not so good Carfax. It was involved in an accident when it was just 5 months old, not my fault. We also had a 2012 Caravan lease we were severly over in miles with another 10 months or so to go. I told John our overall budget for buying 1 car as well as 2. He ran numbers for so many car & so many options, banks, terms...you name it. I felt like a kid in a candy store. By explained the pros and cons to each car in each buying situation in regards to trading whichever vehicle against it. To top it all off I get supplier discount which would only allow me as the named signer and I was at work for the majority of the discussion while my husband went to see John in person. Not a problem for John! After a few days of himming and hawing, talking to the insurance company about rates and making sure our twins car seats and my 6'6' husband fit comfortably with those car seats in place we made the purchase. The purchase process was pretty easy. John had everything organized when we arrived. All I needed to do was test drive the car I picked out since I was physically absent during the negotiations. John showed my husband and I all the bells and whistles in our respective cars and even assisted my husband in putting my car seats in my car. The next afternoon John followed up to make sure we were able to set up or XM radio and Onstar. All in all it was a great experience.

  • I have taken 5+ different cars to Paul's over the last 10 years.  A Mini Cooper, Pontiac G6, Chevy Colorado, PT Cruiser and more.  He is always quick to get into, quick to repair and the repairs are done correctly the first time.  His prices always seem fair and I never get the hard upsell like I do at the local quick lube shop.  I highly recommend Paul's even if Paul is a little low key :-)

  • Their gas is 5 cents less than the one over on the other side. Every time that I go in there, it is very family oriented. Bob in there gives out calendars to his trustworthy customers. We are there all the time buying gas or lottery tickets, or buying wine. They sell wine too. They are friendly, and they smile as soon as you walk in.

  • I called early Saturday and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Overall the service was great. Unfortunately the breaks started to make grinding noises, similar to when the pads are in need of replacing. I went back and after they took it for a test drive and said that the pads will make some noise when overheated, but also decided to replace them. The noise continued, and just chalked it up to some cheap pads. Fast forward a year and 3 months, another Auto Service center was looking at a non-related issue and said that both the pads and the rotors were in need of replacement. I took it back to All Tire and Service Center and again they got me in right way, and replaced the pads and rotors without charge. Hence the high rating on service, but I cannot say the same for the parts.

  • I have been doing business with Dan's for the past 8 years. Every time I have come away more than pleased. First off, they only do what you request. Second, their prices are among the best I've seen. And lastly, everyone there that I have come in contact with have treated my wife and I very nicely.

  • I was very disappointed.  I had gotten a quote for 4 new tires for our KIA Sorrento at the Firestone website.
When I arrived to get the tires put on, I was told that the quote I received online did not include about $80 more in installation charges.  Next, they told me I needed a new TPMS sensor.  The car was only 2 years old!  And finally, the told me the car needed a front end alignment, or the tires may not ride smooth.
    I wont go back again!
