    AJ's Appliance Repair
Paid $85 for first visit, was told that if there was a repair that amount would go towards repair. Attempted to repair dish washer. Ordered part, got part for dish washer, still did not work. Paid $132.50 for half of part. Dish washer was unrepairable. Called twice for return of some of money, not received anything back.

I have a plan from them. They have their own appliance repair people who came out for my washer. They were very knowledgeable with new appliance model but they were also knowledgeable about old appliance like the one that I have.

The technician was very professional, quick, and easy to work with! No issues at all. He knew exactly what the issue was with a quick over the phone description, and only took about 10 minutes to solve the issue.

    Mr. Fixit Appliance Repair
Jason diagnosed the problem on Saturday. He had a death in the family & was going to come Tuesday before the funeral service. Unfortunately, he forgot to come. By 6:00pm Tuesday night, Jason called apologizing profusely. He immediately came over & fixed my dryer. I was very impressed with both his work ethic & that he came on his grandfather's funeral.

    1st Choice Appliance Repair
Called Mike and he came out on Monday. Ran test codes and found we needed a new actuator. He replaced the part. Ran a cycle after he left and the washing machine had a burning smell, was making strange ticking noises and still did not drain. Called Mike and he came out again and put a new actuator on and stayed while we ran the entire cycle. All was well. Appreciate Mike coming back no questions asked and staying for an entire wash which is almost an hour with these new HE machines.

Jason emailed me 20 minutes out and arrived as promised, within the time frame we had agreed upon. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He knew immediately what the problem was and explained it to us. He had the necessary parts in his truck and the job was completed in about 20 minutes, including clean up and removal of the old parts. Couldn't ask for more.

    Mr. Fixit Appliance Repair
He fixed the dryer and secured the dryer vent. When he moved the dryer and there was already a small crack in the line and he must have moved it and opened it up. Then I had to have the gas company come out and closed off the line and shut off the gas. I asked if he smelled the gas, he said he has a good nose but a cold and didn't smell the gas.

    A & E Appliance
A & E offered to come out the next day, but I wasn't available so
they came out a few days later. The repairman, Cliff, said that he
couldn't find anything wrong with my washing machine.  He suggested a
few things to keep my machine in good repair and I only paid for the
service call.  He was very nice and very professional.  I absolutely
would call A & E again, if needed.

The repairman checked the problems mentioned and tested the dishwasher. The final analysis was that the dishwasher was working correctly, but because it was a cheap model it wouldn't be cleaning and drying as well as a better model. Recalls that saying, "You get what you pay for."  All in all, would definitely utilize this repair service again.

This man does not know how to service an electronic dryer. He could not duplicate the problem. Fixing the problem would mean adjusting the electronic controls. He gave a 60 - day "guarantee" but he has let the electronic age pass him by. He is incapable of repairing a Sears Kenmore dryer with electronic controls. I am glad that, at least, he did not mess with the electronic boards. He did not fix anything. The very next day, I had the problem again. I met this situation with charity, but this man should not be out in the workplace.

In the past, I did have Dressler men out to fix my refrigerator - 2 other men that came and did a fine job. The elder Mr. Dressler needs to hang up his boots.
