    Randhawa, Dr. Gagandeep
The office visit was fine and Dr. Randhawa seemed to have a good bedside manner. But her office is worse than a Third World operation. Getting it to call in my mom's multiple drugs was a nightmarish experience not just once but twice. THe doctor had to find the American equivalent of the Indian drugs my mom was taking. THe first time around, they called in the drugs to the wrong pharmacy, on the wrong birth-date and got her BP medicine wrong (she ordered a medicine without the diuretic combo). It took an hour-long futile visit to her clinic, dozens of calls and countless hours to get everything straightened out. The second time, I called twice and texted twice before getting any response. Finally, when I did, I actually texted a written list of all the drugs my mom needed to avoid any confusion and then went over the list with her assistant, hoping to avoid a repeat of the first time. No such luck. They again did not call in the diuretic and the baby aspirin. (One other med that I thought that they had not called it turned out the pharmacy could not dispense for two weeks.) ANd getting them to rectify that mistake during the holiday week ended up being an exercise in abuse and humiliation. Folks, do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This one is not worth it. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes and knows only how to point fingers at everyone else.

Dr. Shilling and staff are awesome. We've been taking our son to Dr. Shilling for the past 4+ years and the entire staff is always very helpful. We never have to wait very long and when the doctor does come in to see our son, we never feel rushed. Highly recommended,

Before my son's appointment, I had gone into the office to fill out all the prepaperwork on my son's health history, that way the day of his appointment I wouldn't be overwhelmed with paperwork and I knew I could have all of his records from his previous pediatrician there in the office the day of his appointment. My first experience with the staff was nice and efficient. The day of our appointment, I was running late and got to the appointment 10 minutes late. The woman at the desk was very rude to me, telling me that I was going to have to make another appointment because 10 minutes was going to throw off the entire doctors schedule by being so late. I was angry that 10 minutes made such a difference, and my first impression was that if 10 minutes was going to throw off the entire doctors schedule, than perhaps this doctors office was going to be too busy of an office for our family to attend. The office itself has a very large inflow of patients, at least 10 other people were sitting in the waiting room with us while I waited for my son's appointment. They worked fast though and my wait between arriving and seeing the doctor was less than 10 minutes. Besides the encounter with the staff at the desk, I was very impressed with the doctor that I chose for my son's new pediatrician. We saw Dr. William Chamness and he was phenomenal with his interactions with my son. When I went to the doctors with my son with his previous doctor, he would come out with tears in his eyes and fear of the doctor. My son came out giggling after visiting with Dr. Chamness and he seemed concerned and knowledgeable about my son's overall health. He took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel like we were wasting his time or that we were under educated to be parents. I look forward to seeing him in future visits with my son should there be a problem.

I was looking for a new doctor for my son, he needed a 4 year check-up. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and found the next availbility to work with my schedule. The staff was very friendly and the office was well kept. I didnt have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Arens really took his time and completely examed him from head to toe. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. I would reccomend this doctor to all of my friends and family and this will be my son's new pediatrician for years to come. I am very happy with everything about our experience.

It went great. She suggested we start supplementing more and wanted to see him in a week to make sure he gained some weight. She is very calming and gives good advice. All other calls/appts have gone great as well. I thought he had an eye infection and I called the after hours nurse who had the Pediatrician on call give me a call back. Dr. Gorman was the Dr. on call and called me immediately after talking to the nurse. She said to use breast milk to clear the infection and it worked like a charm. She is very personable and I am happy she will be our son's Pediatrician. I sometimes don't get called in right at my appointment time but that is ok with me. It means she is taking time to answer questions and do a thorough job with all patients. She always asks that I call with any questions, no matter how trivial they seem. She understands what it's like to be a new mother and wants to be available to answer any and all questions.

We have been going to Dr. Roa for about 18 years. All my children have seen him for as long as possible. The office environment is professional, friendly and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend him. He is professional and interacts with the child so the child feels comfortable. They always get your child in when they are ill. Sometimes the wait time is long, but they still get you in and that is not a problem since I want my child to be seen.

We made a last minute appointment on a Saturday, and they were able to get us in with very little wait. They're always easy to work with, and I trust them with the health of my kids.

The doctor's office is very efficient. Her staff is great. We actually went out of our way to make sure we could see her. My daughter is only five and a half months old and she has been her doctor since she was born. Getting an appointment is quite difficult because she is very popular. I would use her again in the future.
