Appointment scheduled at 4 pm. Waiting room was quite full. Got into exam room about 20 min. after appointment time. Answered questions with nurse, then doctor came in with nurse about 5 minutes later. Doctor had good interaction with teen, answered questions. Gave a lot of verbal instructions to patient, said various treatments may have to be tried to find the most effective ones. Visit lasted about 15 minutes. After doctor left, nurse returned with 4 prescriptions and samples. Checkout was quick & efficient, next appointment made. Would have liked a written summary of the recommendations and what product to use when, as it was a lot of new information to take in and remember. I may have to take my own notes or ask permission to record the visit to help me remember details.

Appointment as a new patient was a Saturday morning. Waited about 15 mins to get in to see her after filling out paperwork. Dr. seemed hurried. She addressed what turned out to be age spots on my chest and face. She administered a CO2 freezing treatment for the one on my chest. She didn't examine my skin. I didn't feel a connection with her. I had an appointment for my daughter a month later to examine a large mole on her back. I ended up cancelling it.

I was referred to Dr Caudill by a colleague after my son was misdiagnosed for a rare skin condition by other doctors who assured me that they were correct in their diagnoses of a common ailment. After several weeks of continued frustration, I went to see Dr Caudill who immediately recognized the condition as something different and began treatment immediately. She also prescribed a topical ointment that worked wonders and cleared everything up for my little champ! Her office was also very clean and orderly, and her staff was extremely courteous. I feel very lucky to have been referred to her and would definitely recommend her to anyone that is seeking a compassionate medical professional.

They are very professional and it's more of a softer environment. It gets more that feels good to you, I guess you feel like you're getting more information than that of a spa when it's a dermatologist alongside of an esthetic and that she has and that's medical information as well, than just the normal esthetician's something like that. You look good and feel good at the same time. I would definitely recommend them.

    Klemmer, Dr. Susan H.
My daughter was a patient of Dr. Klemmer's for over a year. She had last seen Dr. Klemmer in August of last year. My daughter was very badly injured and bedfast. I called Dr. Klemmer's office to renew some prescriptions for my daughter. At first, they flat-out refused. They did finally give me enough of the prescriptions to last a short while, but not until my daughter was mobile again. They kept citing the law. "The law says we can't give you this prescription." The law says you can't renew a prescription if you haven't seen a patient within the last year. Dr. Klemmer had seen my daughter well-within the time limit. She just wanted to charge for another visit. It was appalling. We got a different dermatologist, one with some compassion.

    Klemmer, Dr. Susan H.
The wait in her waiting room is too long and even once you get into a room, the wait is still long. Especially when you have an unhappy infant with you. But probably the most annoying thing about her is that I felt that she was doing services that were unnecessary just to milk my insurance company. My husband has had skin cancer in the past so he goes to the dermatologist to monitor his skin and make sure it doesn't reoccur. He has had the same several hundred moles his entire life, and previous dermatologists have not thought they were problematic but when he started at Dr. Klemmer's office she wanted to take dozens off. The poor guy looked like Swiss cheese. I am all for being proactive when it comes to his health but what annoyed us was that she told him up front that she wanted to take off dozens of moles but she would do more than 2 in a visit because the insurance company pays less for subsequent mole removals in the same visit so she made a lot more money if she only took 2 off per visit than if she just did larger numbers per visit. She had no regard for the fact that her patient had to take an afternoon off work for every visit. I honestly think that she was taking advantage of the insurance company rules so that she would make more money. My husband eventually came to the same conclusion and no longer goes to her for care.
