    Colbert, Dr. Gregory H.
My wife was able to get in quickly.  She was treated with respect, and humility.  Dr. Colbert was empathetic toward her pain, and understanding of the long journey of disappointment she had gone through with her PC. He moved quickly to put her in a cast, and she is recovering nicely after nearly 3 months of walking on a broken foot before seeing him.

    Marissa Miller DO
I've had nothing but positive experiences so far with Dr. Miller. I've been under her care for the past year. She's easy to talk to and approach and she's willing to listen and take on any situation that arises.

    Ingham Regional Medical Center
Upon arrival, the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I was escorted to a curtained area and met by a nurse who gave me a gown and instructions and said she would return. Once she returned, she asked me a list of required medical questions and then explained what would occur from that point going forward and answered my questions. She was very friendly while we waited for my doctor to arrive. My doctor arrived, double checked the paperwork and asked if I had any additional questions, which I didn't. The nurse who was assisting my doctor with my surgery came in and introduced herself. My doctor at this point left to get ready for the surgery. The surgery nurse was really friendly and shared that she loved my doctor (I share the same opinion!) and said that I was in good hands.
I was met by my doctor upon waking up from surgery and she was very detailed in explaining the steps she took during surgery and what to expect going home. She gave me some tips on how to minimize scarring and said to contact her office with any questions or concerns. The nurse who I previously had interacted with at the very beginning of the morning came and escorted me back to the curtained area. She brought me some juice, crackers and a dose of pain medicine. She also contacted the pharmacy which delivered my prescriptions right to me! It was so convenient!
The staff was prompt, friendly and informative. I felt like I knew exactly what was going to happen the entire morning and they kept right on schedule! I also watched what was going on around me and it appeared that the staff was treating patients and each other respectfully. No one looked pained to be doing their job, which is very rare!

    Colbert, Dr. Gregory H.
He is wonderful. If we have any problems, he will fix us right up. He is funny, friendly, and gets his job done. He always asks how I am doing health wise because I am handicapped. He even lets me park right in front of his business so I do not have to go far into the parking lot. He is a real nice guy and I like his staff too; they are very friendly and they know me by my name. He has got two offices.

    Alliance Obstetrics Gynecology
They are prompt at calling you back into your patient room. Sometimes the doctors are a little bit slower getting to you but it is because they spend a lot of time and care with you during your appointment. They are eager to answer questions and provide additional information and always make you first. I would say the check out reception/staff is not as friendly as the nurse or doctor staff and could put a smile on their faces. I have visited Alliance approximately 12 times and I have never seen the check out staff be very outgoing or friendly when checking you out or when setting your next appointment.

    Heisey , Dr. Meredith C.
Dr. Heisey showed me where the problems were in my shoulder and recommended surgery so that I would not lose more strength in the arm. She described the type of surgery, that it would be done on an outpatient basis, the follow-up, and physical therapy involved. She also wanted me to see my primary physician for a check-up and release from surgery because of my age. I appreciated the thoroughness to make sure I was a healthy enough person to have surgery.

    Erica Magers MD
She is my primary care physician. I have been seeing her for about ten years. She is very personable. She knows her patients. She is an "A" all across the board. I like her so much that I will not go anywhere else.

    Mondejar, Dr. Dorothy
It was the first time that I had been to a doctor in about 15 years, and she was really good about getting all of my blood work and so forth updated. She made me have a mammogram because I am getting close to 50; she made sure I was up-to-date. She was very thorough, and I was very comfortable with her. She is quite a little bit older, so I don’t know how much longer she is going to be in practice. I had issues with my bill, and she took care of it quite promptly as soon as she got the message; the issue was taken care of, and I had no problems or hassles. I was very impressed with that. I did not have to wait very long; once I was back in the room, I did not have to sit and wait out there. I would rate her highly.
