    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
The communications were very good. I was in touch with the company as well as the driver. The driver loaded my vehicle and headed for Florida only to encounter Hurricane Hermine at the Florida/Georgia border.  My delivery was delayed eight hours but, because of the excellent communications, it was not a problem. I was happy that the driver and my car were both safe. I would recommend this company.

I got a call saying the car was done and something about the AC (Air Conditioning pump) making noise.. I didn't think nothing of it because my AC didn't make noise when I dropped it off. I like to make clear that this AC pump didn't make noise noise when I left the keys in the drop box. Nearly two months later they finally finished the clutch work.. only 8 miles and under 10 minutes if operating time was on the car from the time I dropped out off until then.. The clutch was working fine so they fixed that problem. Alas I now had an AC that was grinding and clunking so loudly that I couldn't be in it without feeling completely embarrassed. I went back there the following day and they hoisted it up and removed the belt so it would quit ejecting chunks of metal. They said they did nothing and won't be held responsible.. I am very upset about this because I know from my experience pulling engines, changing transaxles, transmissions, etc. That it's nearly impossible to have a bearing destroyed in anything like the AC pump in the measly little 8 miles that they drove it without that damage having been directly from the service work done... There is a number of things that the shop could have done during repairs. While they had the engine hoisted they could have over extended one of the AC coolant lines which also contains the lubricant. You run it for a few minutes under these conditions major failures can arise. The bearing could have had a few flat spot put on a few of the internal balls which would decimate a bearing. Prying on the engine to try and split the transaxle from the engine could certainly be enough to flatten them.. The AC part may have been swapped as well if someone needed one. Thinking they would put it back on. I could have been stolen from the unsecured lot it sat in for 2 months Whatever happen It shouldn't have and it did. Either way I know it was working fine when I took it in and now it is destroyed. I've had another outside ASE certified mechanic tell me that the scenario Candy Ford has put out there is highly unlikely. That it started to break down and come apart all within 8 miles is fantastical. So please use your judgement as to if these are the people you want to repair your auto?

    Dr Gizmo's Car Care
We have had good experiences there. My husband is the one who deals with them. Our car seems to be doing just fine right now. Their pricing is reasonable. We like the fact that they are local. We are also happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We have never had any problems with them and we think that they are just fine. We would definitely go there again in the future.

I've had mixed results here. They are a dealership, and therefor expensive. My Saturn is a 2009 Hybrid and I have to go to the dealership to get error codes retrieved as the local auto parts store doesn't have the ability to read them. So it's 90 bucks just to get the code read. But, this is normal for a dealership.
I would say they are typically open and available for quick appointments, but often not same day emergencies. Their hours are only during weekdays, which isn't the most convenient.
I did have an issue where they replaced my water pump in my chevy, and I went to drive to work and the water pump fell off...
I called them and made them tow it back to them (something they did not offer, I had to ask) and then when they checked it out they agreed that the water pump had fallen off... no big surprise... They offered me a free oil change for my trouble... You can judge for yourself if you feel that was a worthy compensation.

There was some annoyance with working with our Insurance, as AAA prefers Safelite. But, after that they were very accommodating and helpful.  We had some concerns regarding the foam insulation that surrounds the windshield and they had no issue letting us bring it in and fixing it.
