Hansons Window & Siding of Detroit
.They really did a good job. They took their time so that everything was done right and they did discover one of the screen didn't work right so they ordered it and were able to come back out and put in the new screen. I was very happy with the work they did and the windows themselves. I would use them again.

Window Plus - Home Pro USA
It was GREAT!!!! They showed up on TIME.....did the work in one day, and cleaned up everything after they were done. I was very impressed with the work done, as well as their professionalism. I HIGHLY recommened Window Plus. They don't sub-contract either (that was a bonus).

We agreed to a free home estimate and scheduled it for 7:30 p.m. on a Monday. The salesperson arrived one hour early, which was during the dinner hour. He ignored the fact our dinner was on the stove and the baby was fussing and crying and stayed for 2.5 hours. After measuring all the windows, he settled in for a long presentation. His demonstration included placing 1, 2 and 3 panel glass samples between a heat lamp and digital heat monitor, which was supposed to demonstrate the energy efficiency of the product. He probably could have stopped there for our purposes, but he didn't. The (exhausting) sales approach was to educate, rule out the competition (through a bunch of flawed arguments and competition bashing), and then go for the (ruthlessly) hard sell. Using printouts in a binder (no laptop for this guy!), he flipped through copies of licenses, awards, ads, guarantees, and more. An hour in, he was only through about 1/5 of the binder, but there was no stopping him. In the end, he attempted to push us toward a particular set of specifications (their sweet spot is a 3-paned vinyl window), and continued to chop the price down by hundreds of dollars at a time to get us to sign a contract on the spot. Supposedly the "discounts" were for "advertising" (placing their sign on our front lawn), and one was even for guessing the quote price within $200. When it became increasingly clear that we weren't going to be bullied into signing on the spot, the salesman actually called his "boss" to "see what else" he could do. (By this point, my husband and I were exchanging "Is this a joke? Are we secretly being filmed?" looks.) He even made appeals to parental guilt ("I don't want to see your baby get sick", from the supposed mold that we don't have). Unfortunately, it took 2.5 hours and an increasing amount of rudeness on our part for this guy to take a hint that he needed to pack up his junk and leave our home. Did I mention that he assumed that I'm a housewife? As two savvy professionals, we were not impressed by the way One Stop does business, and don't recommend you let them in your door. Not only was the experience exhausting and not just a little pathetic, but the sales guy paid little attention to discussing the appearance and style of the installed windows, which made me think any work they did would not be to my liking.
