Moore communications were excellent, they showed up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end each day and worked with us throughout the entire process. They were responsive to our concerns and worked to address each one in a timely manner! I have already recommended to several friends and one signed up with them already for bathroom remodels. Rob always responds to us through text or email very quickly so our inputs got addressed immediately. ASPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELINGStaff professional, courteous and could answer any on site questions. Staff took care to keep area safe and minimized any construction mess. Painting of project area was included in the bid which was a plus. Staff worked hard which meant some days they worked late into the day to keep to timeline of project. Contractor checked on project multiple times on site during the 4 weeks of construction. Project started after all materials on site. If there were questions, easy to contact contractor who was timely in reply. Very little problems on this install and were resolved very quickly.- Barbara W.

AMarc was great. He responded to my call promptly and was out within a day to give a quote for work we needed done. He did a great job redoing our fireplace, adding a counter to our dry bar and adding a door to our storage room. He cleaned up and removed all remnants from the job. I’d highly recommend him!

FGranite Transformation installed our bathroom shower and for the second time the shower floor is uneven and tiles are coming up! So in August 2020 we called them about repairing the shower floor for the third time. Their tile person came out to see what the problem was and admitted the reason the problem continued to happen was poor installation bad pitch on floor, combined with wrong choice thin glass tiles (which was recommended by their staff.) Granite Transformation tile person suggested that for the repair we should use same tiles on shower floor that they installed on the rest of the bathroom floor. He said the tiles were thicker and better suited for shower floor. After their tile guy left, we made several phone calls to Granite Transformation with no call back or Office manager saying she would get back to us! This went on for more than three weeks, so finally my husband drove to the Farmington Hills showroom and after waiting at the showroom for more than two hours, He finally talked to owner of Granite Transformation. The Owner agreed to replace tiles again no charge for materials (tiles and supplies)but labor cost of $800 would be our responsibility. We were then told they could not schedule repair until sometime in February 2021, but would not give us an exact date or time. Under the circumstances and time it would take for Granite Transformation to do repairs we decided to get to additional estimates so we could get work done in a timely manner! We got two bids from local tile companies and decided to hire Antonio’s Tile. Once again we contacted Granite Transformation owner in Farmington Hills and requested that he give us the tile and we will have it installed by someone who can do it in a reasonable amount of time. On November 11, 2020 the OWNER sent us a text stating there would a $600 charge for the 12sq. Feet of tiles we needed. He also stated he was the new owner and really not responsible for our shower. This is the same company name at the same location in Farmington Hills. We have now had a real tile company come in to fix our shower; He stated he has never seen such a poor tile job. He also stated that the thin glass tiles plus the poor pitch of the tile was reason the tiles continued to come up. Antonio our new tile person recommended we go to VirginiaTile and choose a porcelain or ceramic tile. The cost for 12sq. feet of porcelain tiles was $168. (Not $600 that Granite Transformation wanted) The work is now done correctly with with us absorbing the total cost! My suggestion Never use GRANITE Transformation, They do shabby work and do no stand behind their work! Dianne.& Denny Cojei Canton, Michigan
