Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center
I have been going there 3 or 4 years. It is first come, first serve they do not take appointments. So you wait, normally doesn't take long, not more then an hour. They inspect everything and I have been thinking I need brakes last few times and they tell me I can wait so they are not trying to take me. They are really polite and will give you a ride home if you want a ride home.  They use all factory parts and are a Ford outfitter.

Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center
They give you a good price, are efficient and get it done right away. 60,000 mile warranty on the tires and they fix all your flats. Waiting room is nice, bunch of chairs, magazines, give you coffee and have a bunch of machines. They match anyone's price.

    FIRESTONE STORES
They have good prices. Whenever I go there for an oil change, I always have oil leakage on my driveway because they are not cleaning it properly. Whenever I go in there, I keep telling them to make sure the technician cleans out the under carriage of the truck and everything. After the oil change, they do not clean it and when I get home, it leaks on the driveway and that happens every time I go over there. I still go there because it is convenient and it is a good price. When I am there, their facilities like the area and office are clean. I would recommend them to a friend.

    DICK SCOTT NISSAN
This is our second buying experience with Dick Scott Nissan.  This is why I can gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car.  The finance process was the easiest I've ever experienced...thanks David!  The sales manager, Jon Mabry, is fair and honest and a pleasure to work with.  My sales people, Phil and John, were helpful and fun.  All these things are not always the case when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.  Give them a try.  Between their service and their pricing I know I'll be back in the future!

    LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER
We were just leaving for a 2000 mile trip in our RV and decided to check the tire pressure. During this process one of the tire valves cracked and consequently deflated the tire. With the help of good Samaritans we got the spare on but knew that we could not go across country without a spare. Five miles down the road we stopped into Les Schwab and they couldn't have been nicer. Late Saturday afternoon, close to closing time and they took the tire and immediately fixed it within about 10 minutes. When the technician brought it back he told us with a smile that there was no charge. Hard to find companies that put the customer first anymore....very impressed with their service and we were quickly back on he road with a smile!

    Discount Tire
After suffering a flat tire within the last 20 miles of a cross-country journey, we did not know where to procure a specific tire for our RV. Discount Tire came to the rescue. Not only did they find the tire and have it shipped in immediately, but they also gave it to us at the lowest price. We called around and they were the cheapest. Tire arrived two days later and it was mounted and we were on our merry way. No hassles, just great customer service.

    Belle Tire
Initial service took a very long time, although we had
scheduled an appointment, we were there over 4 hours. I had to take the vehicle back on 4/3/2013
due to a leak in one of the tires. There
was a nail in the tire and it was replaced under my extended warranty. They did not offer at that time to realign
the vehicle. Took the vehicle back on
5/29/2013 due to it pulling very had to the left. They told me I had frame damage, to go to a frame
shop. They did NOT mention that the two
front tires were bald and that the belts were coming through. I went to the frame shop and the vehicle did
NOT have frame damage it was out of alignment.
The frame shop tech told me about the bald tires and advised that I have
them replaced immediately. I went back
to Belle and the manager put the vehicle back on the hoist and determined that
I did not have frame damage after all (imagine that?). He indicated that the warranty would not
apply because of improper wear and I would have to purchase two new front
tires, even though they were less than 4 months old. He never apologized for telling me I had
non-existing frame damage, or for sending me off without telling me my tires
were dangerously worn. I will never use
    any Belle Tire location again.

    Part 2

In June 2013 I contacted Belle Corporate Office to explain the challenge and poor service I had with the Canton Belle Tire location. They took care of my issues right away. Sent me to their Plymouth location where the service was infinitely superior. Plymouth manager determined that the tires were incorrectly installed in the first place by the Canton location. He replaced all the tires with brand new tires, aligned and balanced everything. All this at no cost to me. I also believe the manager at the Canton Belle Tire location was dismissed. Corporate Belle Tire and the Plymouth Belle Tire location have restored my trust in their brand. Kudos to them! Therefore, I changed rating of F to A.

    Victory Toyota
See above for review of dealership for sales and service overall, which I could consider to be outstanding. The one mixed experience has been the replacement of the windshield that had been shattered by a golf ball; the golf course refused to pay since the car was not parked on their property! After reviewing websites which pointed out that the windshield is integral to the safety (crash) performance of modern automobiles, I decided to insist on using only the Toyota original replacement windshield. Toyota charged an astonishingly high price of $900 just for the windshield and related parts--and Victory Toyota had bargained that $250 down from the quoted price! My insurance (State Farm) would pay only the cost of an aftermarket windshield: $500, so this repair cost me $400 out-of-pocket. The actual installation was done by Safelite, arranged by the dealer. Safelite's installation had problems in that the outer cowl was not flush with the windshield but stuck up by a half-inch. Victory Toyota said the new, replacement cowl parts had been damaged by Safelite and new ones needed to be ordered--Safelite paid for the replacement parts and installed them correctly (two return trips were required). Long story short, Victory's service manager, Steve Penzien, was very persistent in making sure this repair was completed satisfactorily. Despite the out-of-pocket cost, I am very happy I insisted on the original Toyota replacement windshield, which is the same very high quality (even made in Japan) as the rest of the vehicle. It would have been a shame to have accepted State Farm's recommendation, namely to put in aftermarket glass whose safety and quality would be inferior to that of the Prius

    Fraser Automotive Repair
They are excellent. I like them because they guarantee their work. I've been going to them for almost 15 years. I've never had any bad service. Their work is impeccable. They don't do anything that is not necessary. They will fix what is wrong and they won't try to fix 15 other things. They are very trustworthy and they have been there for a long time. They fix everything perfectly. They are very nice people.

    Wetmore's Inc
I have used their services for about thirty years. They do everything from tires, to service, to even the light bulbs being out. They are a family owned business and have an excellent reputation in the area. They are honest and fair and won't try to up sell you on something you don't need.
