    Had the oil change done and went on a trip to South Carolina. Transmission light came on and was almost out of fluid. Came home and called Keith at Aspire. He told me he wouldn't work on the car. Before I left, he did. Oil change. He previously worked on my mother's car, the same car, and used the f word and threw his cell phone into the woods and scared her. My mother is 84 yrs old. I asked him to apologize and he didn't. When I got back from vacation and called him, he wouldn't answer. I called him from the home phone and he told me that if he knew it was me he wouldn't have answered. I think he should look at the transmission that he may have ruined. I will never recommend him again which I have in the past.

    They were kind of pricey. I know they had to redo the whole brake thing.
    It ended up being almost $700. I think it was something else we had replaced, but I don?t remember what it was. 

    Responsiveness has been pretty good, when we went back for the first issue, they got us in the next day.
    They released the air out of the shocks and everything went back to normal. 

    Then a few days later, the back end raises up again. So, then we get back in them in a couple more days, after we had called. Then they are trying to say, no it could be some kind of sensor thing with our car. But, it never did it until we got our brakes done. It doesn?t make sense to me, I don?t believe that. 

    Both times we called, they got us in within a couple days & they made it a later time, so my husband could take it in. I would check around a little more & get more estimates. Just really know what you are getting done and looking for.

    First, this service was done at the location on 28th Street because that is where they have their alignment rack.
    I set an appointment the day before and they got me in on time. The communication was great with an explanation of what they found as they were doing the work. I was hoping to get away with the lower price front alignment only but ended up having all four done - well worth it considering I took it in due to uneven tire wear. The $80 alignment is way less expensive than a new set of tires.
    Everything was done at the price quoted and in the time they said. I'm very happy with them and will be back again.

    I did not like the price they charged for the little work they did. They know we have some money so every time they just jack up the price. I took it somewhere else and got it done way cheaper. I had to take it back so I guess the quality of work was not too good. They did not fix it.

    Called at 3:15 pm on Good Friday, told them the exhaust pipe on the wife's car had a hole in it.
    They said if I could bring over they would look at it and possibly fix it right then.
    Long story short, was there all of 20 minutes, car fixed and on my way,
    These guys will fix your exhaust ( if its repairable ) and not try to sell you a complete system when you don't need the whole thing replaced.

    It went really well. He did what he said he would efficently and when one process didn't produce satisfactorily he recommended the next step, and solved the problem.  The truck now runs great.  I am very pleased with the service on all levels.

    I am in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I hired Tony, of AutoSpector to do a pre purchase inspection of a Honda Odyssey in Florida. He was prompt in showing up at the dealership, and provided a 53 page report, as well as a followup call. I decided to purchase the vehicle, based on his report. Upon taking delivery of the Odyssey, I was very disappointed in the condition of the interior. His assessment of the exterior condition was accurate, however the most of the interior panels and door sills were scratched and dirty. The carpeting in the rear cargo area was extremely dirty as well as stained. This area was covered by a cargo mat, and it was obvious that he did not remove the mat to inspect the carpet in that area.
    Upon contacting Tony, he denied that there were any scratches of the plastic panels, or stains in the carpet when he inspected the vehicle. He instead tried to blame it on the dealership's body shop, who did some repairs to the rear roof area. However, as my pictures show, this wear and tear is obviously from years of abuse, and not from a one time trip to a body shop.
    Purchasing a vehicle long distance is a risky experience, and I was willing to pay the extra premium that AutoSpector charges over national chains, to ensure that I was getting an accurate assessment of the vehicle. Had I known the condition of the van, I probably would not have purchased it. Based on this, I asked Tony for a refund, but he refused. What bothers me the most, is the fact that he tried to blame someone else for the condition of the Odyssey, and that he did not at least offer to make a partial refund. I certainly did not get my money's worth.
