    Guaranteed Appliance Repair
    Didn���t take anything apart on fridge, read temps in freezer and fridge and declared it not worth fixing ($700-$800). Stove needed new control board (about $350+ total). Didn���t feel good about his method so called in a second opinion. This guy was thorough and long story short, for less than $300 got both operating correctly again (just needed to defrost the damper door on fridge, stove needed two new igniters). Ricks method would have cost me closer to $2500 - $3000if I replaced that fridge. Not a happy customer here. Glad I spent the time to research that he obviously didn���t.

    The crew that did the roof did an excellent job, in summer hot conditions and finished the job in just a couple of days. They even worked on the morning of the 4th of July so I didn't have to worry about possible storms. The gutters and down spouts were installed in a couple of hours using seamless guttering, so I need to not worry about leaks at seams. My future includes new replacement windows and I will be calling them for that job when the time comes.

    The dishwasher was just over a year old. After looking at the unit and testing things out he informed us that the motor was shot on the drain and the entire electronic motherboard was gone. Quote to repair was about $700.00. The unit was not longer under warranty as it was over a year old. I called the warranty company to inform them of how disappointed I was with their unit. They were nice enough to have someone authorized to look at it come out. The only thing wrong with the unit was that electronic board needed to be cleared. He was shocked when he looked at the documentation from Ron's appliance on the bill. The dishwasher is working just fine. Never again....

    Called first thing Monday morning and they said they would try to squeeze us in. Sure enough he called about 12:30 and said he would be here in 20 minutes. Dave arrived right on time , diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, went to get the new part and had the refrigerator working in less than an hour. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable.

    I filled out my son's sleep profile after buying her sleep package and waited anxiously for Violet's reply. She was very responsive ( we received our plan within 24 hours) and the sleep plan was extremely detailed and educational. She went on to explain about sleep schedules, max wake times based on your child's age, a good sleep environment, feeding for hunger vs. comfort, lovey's, self soothing techniques etc. I had no idea about any of that stuff and was so glad she shared all of this information with us and it made so much sense after we read it. Within 3 nights our son was putting himself to sleep for both naps and bedtime. Yes, you read that right, he was putting HIMSELF to sleep, it was amazing. The first two nights were rough, there was a lot of calming him crib side and we took 10-15 minute turns trying to calm him before he finally went to sleep. But, he went to sleep on his own and that was the whole thing we were trying to teach him. By the third night he fussed for about 5-10 minutes ( not crying, fussy) and then put himself to sleep, it was amazing. Within a week, he was putting himself to sleep, taking 1-2 hour predictable naps, and going to bed at a good predicable bedtime and only waking up once at night to nurse and would put himself right back to sleep until the morning. Not only did his sleep and schedule completely transform, but his demeanor also completely changed. Instead of being fun and happy for about 30-40 minutes after waking up and then being super fussy until we got him to sleep again, he was happy ALL THE TIME. He was finally getting the rest he needed to grow and develop and started hitting milestones left and right. My husband and I could not be happier and we love watching out little boy thrive. He is now almost 9 months old and sleeping 11-12 hours through the night and has been since 6 months old. We actually look forward to our bedtime routine every night knowing that once we are down with the routine he will go to sleep with no problem and get the sleep he needs. We have used the other emails when we had questions on sleep regressions, sleep training, illness, etc. and needed help tweaking how sleep schedules. Violet again was very responsive and extremely helpful and taught us how to work through these issue without undoing all the work we had done with him. This is not a cry it out method at all! I was so hesitant to try sleep training because I was nervous my son would think I wouldn't be there for him and was abandoning him. Violet's method is effective, but gentle sleep training. You will not leave them to cry it out by themselves in their crib. You will learn gentle techniques to help soothe your baby while teaching them to fall asleep on their own. We could not be happier with Violet and her sleep program, she has turned our household completely around now that we are all getting the sleep we need and are happy and healthy. My husband often jokes that we should start buying her email packages for first time parents as a shower gift instead of something on their registry. Thank you so much Violet and we will definitely be using her services again in the future if needed for future children.

    I paid expedited shipping on my own because I couldn't be without my refrigerator for two weeks. I paid for the compressor directly on my own and pay shipping so I did that through services not the gentleman so I paid $150 for the service call. He could have been more friendly. They could have taken the compressor to recycle it. Just the personality, I did not find him very friendly.  He did the work and it is working. He was on time.

    The service was ok, I thought it was very expensive. The tech that came to my house did the job but as far as Sears customer service goes I would give them a 0, bad service. I had to pay $200 to tell me my compressor didn't work anymore. I needed a new compressor before they could do anything. I do not think he was very friendly at all. He was at my house about 3 minutes and I had to pay $200 because that is their service call rate. I was hoping they would tell a portion of that cost would go towards the repair but that is not the case. He did the job but the personality was terrible. They did respond timely and sent someone out the next day. He was on time.

    It went GREAT!!!  From the very beginning with the salesman, Edward who is awesome to work it.  The installation was completed in one day, clean up was great and most importantly our roof looks incredible, so happy with this company.  Would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.  Great job done!!!
