I received bids from 14 companies and I hired them because of the detail in their estimate, the sound advice I received from Tom, a strong recommendation from a friend who used them several years ago, and a confident feeling about Tom. His crew was incredibly professional and efficient, the cleanup was superb, they were on time, and there were no hassles or hiccups. Lyons was right in the middle of the average price for my bids, so they're not the cheapest, but they're also not the most expensive. (Believe it or not the price range was $21,000 from lowest to highest.)- Fred C.

DThey did the work quickly and seemed OK at fist but in 5 years have had to call them twice. First time they came and took care of the leak immediately. Now I have been trying to work with them for 2 years and am about to seek legal solutions to my problems. Their service department is great in promises but horrible in following up. Buyer beware, go with a roofing company not these guys.

FThe installation crew had an inexperienced person who installed a window improperly. There was a big rain and the window leaked causing damage to my family room ceiling. The supervisor insisted it was not the window that caused the damage but immediately wanted to fix the window. He refused to pay for the damage even though the building inspector said the window was at fault. After much arguing and threatening I did receive a check for damages. I would not deal with this company again. Pay a little bit more because you get what you pay for.

DThey did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.
