FBusy Beavers Moving & StorageLies and stealing-read on. This company has no integrity. I had hoped to write a good review as everything started out nicely even though they were 1-1/4 hours late.Terry and Ryan were personable and seemed to work hard loading the truck. As they were nearing the end of loading they lamented not bringing a second truck as there was not enough room on their truck for all of my items. I moved 45 minutes away and after arriving at my new home I went back to get more things loaded in my car and left my girlfriend in charge. I tipped them $50 each before I left as I thought they might be gone before I got back. As I arrived back to my new home the guys had finished and my girlfriend filled out the check for 11 hours with the senior discount. I was wiped out from a long day and as they left I noticed the house seemed empty, the rooms were devoid of all the boxes I had packed and labeled per room. I asked my girlfriend where they were and she said I told them to put all the boxes in the garage. Lie #1! I never did, why would I label all the boxes per room? I went to the garage and it was filled so I could hardly get through, boxes stacked, half of them upside down and some crushed. I was chagrined. As I awoke the next day I started adding up in my head the hours they put in and it didn't make sense as they told me they would subtract lunch and cigarette breaks of which there were many. I called the company and they told me they charged me for 9-1/2 hours, $50 to make a side trip to pick up a washer/dryer a mile away and said my girlfriend tipped them $200. Lie #2, #3 and #4. To shorten the story, the owner refunded $250 to me, the workers got to keep the cash I gave them and it's cost me several days extra work for their lack of placing the boxes where they belonged. I had to rent a U-haul to get the rest of my stuff and hire someone to help me move the boxes to their respective rooms as several needed two people and a dolly. As far as I'm concerned the company should have refunded me the full price as it's cost me more than that because of their incompetence.- Robert H.

AFirst Class Moving & StorageThey returned phone calls promptly and were very responsive. Getting the estimate was easy to schedule and the cost was very competitive. On moving day the crew was terrific. The leader was very communicative and explained every step of the process. He repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied as the move progressed and was attentive to all the special instructions I gave. The crew was extremely hardworking, polite and pleasant. They worked very hard and had a great attitude. They were especially thorough in wrapping and protecting all the furniture. Overall everyone we had contact with was professional, polite and communicative. It was great service from start to finish.- ANNE A.

AKingsley Moving Systems LLCThese two men worked very hard. Some of my furniture was extremely heavy and I felt sorry that they had to carry it up and down steps. They were polite and professional. APremier Relocations LLCOnce eventually sorted out (a 2nd truck was sent with another crew) they quickly made up time. Head mover and his crew were amazing and knowledgeable. Moved across country and was quick unload and main crew even helped with 2nd truck unload despite being finished with their own. Can't emphasis skill of head mover. NOTHING was broken! ABeginning with the first call to Kingsley, we were asked a series of questions to help them assess what resources they would need in order to move us. The questions alone helped us get started mentally organizing our actions packing and preparing. A price estimate was given and it was amazingly close to the actual cost. They followed up with a detailed list of how to prepare, recommendations for making things smoother (label items to clarify which room they go to, for example), what to expect and the list even addressed tipping the movers (yes, it’s OK!). There was no confirmation email or phone call 1-2 days prior, as many other companies/ retail stores/ delivery people do. As promised, on the day of the move, the guys and their truck arrived on time and asked for a walk through of the house to see exactly what was to be moved. We had the unique challenge to them of swapping out refrigerators and gas ranges, requiring them to go back and forth between the old and new homes, luckily only 1/2 mile apart. The workers then came up with an efficient solution to minimize their work and time for the swap. They moved 2 dining room tables and 12 chairs, a king bedroom set, golf clubs, bicycles, sofa bed, 2 massive wooden hutches, and many very heavy boxes. The entire job took 7 hours and they made sure we knew when they took 2 10-minute breaks. The workers answered every question we had during the move, were friendly and extremely hard-working, took delicate care of all our personal furniture and property and were enjoyable to work with. Their practice is to wrap furniture with plastic (like shrink-wrapping) that is likely to flop around or drawers to open. We loved that added protection. When they were nearly done, we ordered lunch from a local restaurant and treated them to the meal of their choice which they ate after leaving. It was a painless, great experience and we’ve already recommended Kingsley Moving Systems to friends and family.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AThe call came from work and asked me to move as soon as I could. I hired Moving APT to hurry up the moving process. They were just brilliant. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier.

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
