APrestige Landscape & Design LLCMy wife and I were so pleased with Ben's landscape design knowledge and work ethic from a small landscaping project we had him do two years ago, we decided to have him do our entire yard this year. Ben's business location is approximately 50 miles from our house. Despite the long distance, Ben travelled to our house the first time to discuss our landscaping needs and take pictures of our house and yard. That visit lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours. Several days later we received an email from Ben with pictures of our house and yard with all of the plants, shrubs, and trees that he would plant in order to give us a "visual" of how the completed process would look. Several weeks later he returned to our house with landscaping design and information regarding every tree, bush, and plant he intended to use. He gave us the option at that time to add our own ideas and suggestions to the draft plan, At the end of a 2 1/2 hour detailed, informative discussion, we approved Ben's design plan and signed a contract for the work to begin. Precisely on the agreed upon start date, Ben and his worked arrived and began the project. All of the trees, plants, shrubs, and mulch used were of the highest quality available in the market. The fact that Ben takes personal pride in providing his customers with the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction speaks to his character and integrity. The completed project exceeded our expectations. Ben did such a good job on our landscaping that two neighbors approached Ben about doing their yards. Ben not only provides a one year guarantee on the products he plants, but he also includes a guarantee on his labor. And, several days after the completion of our landscaping Ben brought several more plants and two trellises and installed them at no cost to us, because he believed it would make our yard even more enjoyable. I cannot believe a homeowner could find anywhere a more conscientious and skilled landscaper. He is simply the gold standard of landscapers without peer.- Michael M.

FAbsolutely Terrible and Lawn is dying with their services! We have been using them for 10 years. This year their applied services have ruined our lawn. Bloomfield manager came out finally and said,”Yep your lawn is needed up!” And the did it! Used to have best lawn in the neighborhood with sod and no weeds! Not anymore and the same services were performed by TrueGreen as previous years! We are going to post signs in our yard saying “Work performed by TrueGreen”!!! Absolutely the worst lawn killing service!!

DThey were quick and responsive to jump on the job. They communicated well throughout the project. However, the end result upon final inspection was completely unsatisfactory, to the point the floors were not even walkable! To remedy this, we had to manually go back in and spend another $400+ to finish the floor correctly just to make it so the occupants could walk on it. When working on resolution with the vendor, they agreed to split the remaining costs ($200) and even agreed to a timeline to pay it, however, when the due date approached, they did not pay and then said they will not pay. There last response was "Tell it to the Judge". It is too bad given they did quite a bit of work to simply not complete the job correctly. They claimed that we could have paid for another coat of poly, but that has no bearing on the sanding job and inability to even walk the floor because it was so rough. And more unfortunately, all they had to do was split the cost of the redoing of the job - measly $200 - and they refused and provided the response above. So now it will go to court wasting everyone's time and more money, but it is necessary.
