    Best Choice did an excellent job on my roof. They did the roof on my house and garage in one day. Owner Matt Kneeshaw showed up first thing in the morning to make sure everything got started off right. He answer any and all questions. The roofers were very professional making sure none the plants and shrubs around the house and garage weren't damaged during tear off and installation. I've never had a roofing crew pay attention to detail and clean up as good as these guys. I would definitely recommend Best Choice everyone. Thanks again Matt Kneeshaw.

    From start to finish Roof Advance did an excellent job. The crew was so courteous and very professional. Their clean-up was beyond - wouldn't even know they were there! We had a new roof, gutters and insulation installed. They did an great job and their follow-up was what impressed me the most.     the install rep accomplished a lot in the time he was here...He did not leave the site until the furnace was running ok and the AC unit was all assembled and installed. and the area was completely clean. Due to being Winter, the rep will return in the Spring to charge up the AC for immediate use (we are in S.E. Michigan).

    Very professional and outstanding services from the SGI team under contract with Home Depot. SGI installed a water heater and furnace. SGI took the time to estimate installation cost, answer all questions, order the furnace/water heater and schedule the job. The job was scheduled within two weeks and installation was completed in a very clean and professional manner. The crew answered all questions and left the work area very clean. Highly recommended.

    Pyro Heating & Cooling Inc
    A no-show. A month ago I called Pyro to set up the annual tune-up / maintenance for the furnace and air conditioner that we purchased from Pyro Heating in 2012. As most people work and time off is precious, you try to schedule as much as you can in one day. At that time they were completely booked. So we made an appt. for today, 06/12/2018 between 2-4 p.m. At 4:10 p.m. when no one showed up, I called and was told by Pam that they did not have anything on the books for us. She checked a couple of systems and did not have anything down for us. She apologized and wanted to reschedule but this would involve having to take another day off. I already had taken a 1/2 vacation day for this appt. They do not schedule appts. after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and they DO NOT work on Saturdays. Since this was their error, although she did not admit it was their error, I was looking for Pam to make an exception to have someone come out at 5:00 p.m. when I get home from work. NOPE. She could have offered to speak with the boss about it but all she said was that she works 8-5 also and she knows it is hard to have people come out for service when you work. By the way, the hours noted on Angie's List is for the salesperson, Dave, to come out. Not if you want something done. When we signed up for the 10 year parts & labor warranty program at the time of purchase, it was our understanding that we HAD to go through Pyro Heating & Cooling for the annual maintenance. I asked Pam if we could have our furnace & A/C tuned up by another company to honor the warranty program and she said yes. Although, my guess is that if something ever went wrong they would say it was the fault of the other company voiding the warranty. Pyro is not cheap. Their "special price" for warranty maintenance is really not a special price. It is more or equal to other companies. I remember a year or two ago we had a guy come out to do the tune-up. He commented on how clean the furnace filter was. He never saw such a clean filter. Guess what, we changed it before he came. That was a scary thought that this guy came out to work on our furnace and couldn't tell that it was a new filter? Bottom Line, ask about the hours that are available for maintenance work for customers. There are other companies out their willing to service a customer after work hours or on Saturdays. Not Pyro Heating, but other companies. Do your research. I wished we had.

    Working with Adrian and the team from Pure Energy was a superb experience. From the assessment, the quoting an the installation, everything was very good. I did not feel pressured to buy, but so happy that I did. The installation was very fast and the quality of the product is first class. I opted for the triple glass units and it incredible the difference they have made to noise reduction and energy savings for the house. We did consider other company's, but no one came close to the capabilities of first energy - first class service - highly recommended.

    The guys arrived on right on time and started working right away. They worked well as a team on moving through all the registers in the house, ensuring that nothing in the house was damaged by moving the hoses around. They spent plenty of time working to ensure and very thorough cleaning of the system was performed. Up till now, i was not a big believer in duct cleaning, but after seeing the before and after pictures, i am convinced it was a worthwhile effort.

    they overcharge for the Part and Labor. they wanted to charge me $200.00 extra for removing a single wire inside my home. when my furnace still did not function they told me I needed a new furnace. A reputable local came in at 2AM and only charged for the call, and showed what was wrong. DO NOT USE EDWARDS ph

    Replacement of igniter was fine, but Schutz charged me $249.95 to replace a $68.25 part. And this furnace was installed on 12/08/16 and supposedly included a warranty covering Workmanship and Labor for 25 years and Parts and Labor for 10 years.

    The repair went well! The technician arrived on time, had our issue diagnosed quickly, and had the igniter replaced within had an hour! He even took out, and cleaned, our flame sensor (not a fun job on our furnace, due to location) at no charge to make sure it started efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased with the service! I don't often write reviews...but when a company squeezes you in, still shows up when promised, and does a great job, that should be acknowledged!
