    **BEWARE*** I had used ProMaids (Howell I believe was there domain) for a bit I���ve had more and more issues with cleanliness the past months but have tried to stay nutral and keep them around shame on me. I just had a cleaning this past week had LORI (supposed captain/trainer) and SHERIDAN (new person of 2weeks I was told - she���s the THEIF) or maybe both. I have cameras outside my house and in my garage and on those I have SHERIDAN going through my garage snooping around. Which supposedly Robert (manager/boss/owner) not sure what he is other then the person that made excuses for these people he sent into my house. After I watched this on the camera I was alerted I called and spoke with Robert asking why she���s out there I heard every excuse from she thought it was utility room which funny thing is you walk past washer and dryer to go out there to a closet to who knows. Then asked Robert why she���s snooping opening up freezer and such all I got was o so sorry won���t happen I���ll make it up to you over and over. Come to find out more stuff missing in my house for the time they were in there nothing cleaned and little things missing. I trusted them my boyfriend told me to go through stuff didn���t think of it till next morning I was missing stuff I use daily. Then went to my jewelry box and found my previous marriage wedding ring missing called Robert again on Sunday he told me he would call make a report and call his insurance Monday came around got a call around 11:00 and got from him don���t no what you want me to do and I fired her I had a prior incident with her he said. So you let the b**** in someone else���s house wow... I didn���t have insurance on the ring it���s my past marriage never wore it and never thought a company would steal shame on me but for others out there DO NOT trust anyone let alone this company. Robert also stated he had an issue with Sheridan snooping at another home I was informed of after this incident. I would becareful with Lori as well he stuck up for her but these 2 were in my house together she was supposed running the show. The house was not cleaned and they were in the house for 2 hours doing what going through my belongings. I asked Robert to get with Lori and find out what rooms Sheridan cleaned so I can try and figure out what else might be missing but haven���t heard a thing I expected this seems this company makes excuses says he���s so sorry but doesn���t do a thing. BEWARE

    I thought for the money it went well. The crew was polite and for the most part very thorough. A few little misses but I thought for the time and money it still was worth the money spent. I would refer them to others. I will rate again after a few months but I feel if I get the same crew weekly I think they will stay an A+ in my book.

    She was phenomenal, like quick response, quick turn around, came out a couple of days later. We had a cleaning crew in. We had the same cleaning company, that was a couple, that worked with our family for a decade. These ladies were good, but we went through 3 or 4 services before we found someone that could even handle it. We just got a lot of people that didn't want to clean or do normal things. Like wouldn't move a chair to dust under it or whatever. So they do 95% of what we want done and we have been pretty happy so far. I think as we build a relationship it will get even better. They do the whole house, all the common areas then they alternate the rooms that are not used as much every other week. The price is good.

    It went absolutely horrible. The work was done this past Tuesday, the 4th. I got home from work that day and started to look around at the work performed. I immediately saw signs that what I asked for, did not get done very well or not at all. It was a bit late in the evening, but I was so upset that I called Lisa. She said she could hear the distress in my voice and she seemed genuinely concerned with the matter. She offered to come back and re-clean or give me my money back. I told her that I didn't want her back to clean. My thought was that if the job couldn't get done right the first time, who knows if it would be done right the second time? I wanted her just to see what I was talking about for herself. It wasn't that difficult of a job to begin with. Lisa actually mentioned more than once how exceptionally clean I keep my house. We spoke more over the next few days. I told Lisa that I would just like my money back. At first, Lisa was OK with that, then she changed her mind and said she would need to see the house before giving my money back. She was telling me how her crew is human and they might miss something here or there. I can absolutely understand missing something here or there. Here is a short list of some, but not all, items missed: both upstairs bedroom ceiling fans were not dusted, the tops of the horizontal moldings above the upstairs bedroom closet doors and entry doors were not dusted, the dirty spots are still on the couch, living room floor and kitchen ceramic tile, the base of the stairway railings was only dusted on one side, the stereo receiver was not dusted, a small cabinet in the dining room was not touched, the kitchen cupboard doors are still dirty, most of the horizontal surfaces on the first floor were also missed, the horizontal blinds in the bathroom were not dusted and the ceramic tile was not mopped very well if at all. We made arrangements for her to come and see it yesterday morning around 10. I missed a call from her at just after 10. Apparently, it wasn't very important for her to see the house. Instead of driving in the driveway and knocking on the door, she just left the house key in the mailbox and sent me a text to let me know. My husband and I were both home at the time. I called her shortly after and we argued a bit. The call was eventually dropped or lost, and that is the last communication we had. So, I spent a good portion of my Saturday cleaning my house after just throwing away $100 to have it done for me. It was not surprising how dirty my mop water was after mopping the ceramic tile. I think it speaks volumes for a business owner, after coming over for an initial cleaning, to have the attitude of: we're human and we may miss something here or there. And then not to be concerned enough to come over and see it for herself after we agreed on a date and time to do so.

    I have been using the Cleaning Authority since April of 2014.  Once i got situated with a regular team, the work has been amazing.  Their products are good and the staff very professional.  Do not get on a team that does training.  You will never know who is going to show up, and more time is spent training than cleaning.  Ask for a non-training team.

    The first few times they did a good job.  My husband was home and found out they were not staying for the 2 hours they were being paid for.  Contacted them and they said they have been over charging us.  We paid $140 price went down to $90.  Did not offer a free cleaning or any refund for all the cleans we paid more than we should have.  The final clean they pulled our curtain rod off the wall left the curtain piled in a bunch on the floor.  Did not clean two of the bedrooms because doors were closed. But they still charged us the full amount.  Counters in kitchen not always clean, floor has dust on it.  Mold in shower.  Hair on sinks and bathroom floor.

There is always one person on the team who is there every week, plus an additional one or two cleaners. They do a great job, especially in bathrooms and kitchens.

    For the initial cleaning, they charged hourly, but for the remaining cleanings, they now charge a fixed fee. For the initial cleaning, two employees came to do the work, which cut on the total time they were in the home. They did a good job. There were a few areas that they missed and cleaned only superficially, but once we pointed the areas out, they cleaned them. We have them now scheduled to do regular cleanings.
