I had the best experience with my delivery, anywhere from my luxury room to all my nurses and doctors. I was considered high risk so I always had nurses and doctors checking on me and I know it is their job, but each and everyone of them went out of their way for us and on top of it, it was Christmas time. Even doctors and nurses that got a day off in between would come and check on me and then when I had my daughter they came to meet her. Best experience I could of asked for.. Defiantly highly recommended..

They are efficient and very personable and they know what they are doing. The experience behind what they do is phenomenal. The guy that did my surgery was one of the creators of robotics surgery and that's the type of people you have there. It's amazing. The availability is phenomenal as well. The people are very friendly and they work very hard. The office can be a little sterile at times and they probably could do a little better with billing.

They misplaced my paperwork. They sent my x-rays to be seen by the radiologist and I was never called back. I didn't know that my arm was broken. They just recommended that I call my doctor for a follow up in three weeks. I went in to my doctor and she found a note from the radiologist to the ER for them to call me and tell me that my arm was broken. Everything else was good. I didn't wait long and they were very friendly.

I had many frustrations with the care I received and mostly with the Physicians Assistant. She never explained anything, for example: I got up the next morning and asked if I could take a shower. I was a little drowsy and still had an IV. She told me I had to wait to see the doctor. Two hours later he arrived and I asked if he could sign to discharge me. The doctor showed me on my chart that I'd already been discharged by another doctor. He signed it as well. Soon after, and frustrated by that I asked the nurse again if I could go. She said I still couldn't go because another doctor had to sign it too. She could have explained hours earlier that I was waiting for 3 signatures rather than be puzzled by the process but she wasn't in to communication it seems. I went to take a shower and I still had the IV in. The nurse said I could take it out myself. Myself?? Really?? So I did. Someone knocked on my door and was bringing me a heart monitor. I told her I was about to take a shower. She said, ok, I'll leave it on the bed and the instructions are there. I asked, "do I do it myself"? The whole discharge process was unbelievable. When I was finally wheeled out (at the speed where my granddaughter had to run to keep up) they dropped me inside the lobby and I had to walk to my car. They don't make you wait until the car pulls up anymore??? It took 4 hours to take a shower and leave because of the Physician Assistant and her lack of communication skills. I was very frustrated by the whole process.
