    DARA In Home Dog Training
John did a wonderful job. He helped us train our dog to settle down with hand commands when people stop by and they work very well. e has been overprotective to the point where we had t lock him up in the back hallway but now he is much calmer.

    DARA In Home Dog Training
A+++ John was nothing short of amazing. I told him several times that I think he is a dog magician. His character is calming and he is very dedicated. He genuinely wants to help the dogs and the owners and it is evident in his work. On two occasions John came to my house, unscheduled, to help when I was having a difficult time controlling our dog. Do not hesitate to hire John. It is worth every penny and more. I immediately sent him to my sister's house to help with her puppy and she agrees that John is amazing. Honestly, do not search any longer for your trainer (or dog magician). Hire John and you will be happy.

Tami was wonderful -- I would highly recommend their services. They were flexible, calming and really took wonderful care of the cats while I was out of town. I especially loved the daily email with pictures of each cats!

    DePorre Veterinary Hospital
Unfortunately 2 1/2 years ago, Jake suffered a viral infection that almost destroyed his immune system. Dr. Fox was faced with a gravely ill dog who only 2 weeks before was happy and healthy. She drew all his lab work and arranged appointments with 2 Vet Specialists. Now, she consults with them as needed because I value the gentle loving care and support that we get from her. She is attuned to my concerns that I value Jake's quality of life and physical comfort rather than the number of days he remains with me. Together, we have planned a dog hospice plan if it becomes necessary. I feel very blessed and privileged to have Dr. Fox caring for Jake and I. As a true healer does, she treats not only the patient but his family as well.

Angel At Home Pet Care LLC

They did an exceptional job -- above and beyond expectations.  I was very nervous with first time resources in my home but everything about their process was outstanding.

They have a very detailed interview process and leave nothing to chance.  My cats were very well taken care of in our absence.  We will definitely use them again and are taking the time to actually write a review to recommend them to others (something I never bother doing)

    Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital
Fantastic service and they even called to check on the animal. What I love is that everybody comes in to greet the dog and their super friendly service. They take the time to make sure you understand everything. They are very pet friendly which they should be because they are a veterinary service. The other thing that they do that a lot of places do not do is that for the rebate, they filled out all the paper work for me and sent it in - I did not have to do it to get a rebate for heartworm. I thought that that was very nice of them to do.

    Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital
I have been going to Dr Burns and Walled Lake through several dogs and for many years. Everyone there is wonderful. I agree with the other comments - they do not overprescribe and yet Dr. Burns has been right on with every diagnosis and recommended treatment. Caring and compassionate and they all understand how much our pets mean to us. Charges for their services are more than fair

They missed a couple of spots, but considering the amount that was there to begin with, it wasn't bad. I had also requested that they come the day before trash pickup and roll the can out to the curb. For whatever reason, they came a day early and left the can in back. My cat sitter caught it and took the can out, so no damage done. The woman on the phone was very nice and i thought the price was reasonable for the size of our lot. I would use the service again.

Petsmart (2724 S. Adams Rd., Rochester Hills)
On the 11/10/2013 grooming visit, we went to pay the cashier only to find out that PetSmart had lost our entire account information which track purchases for their rewards program.  The cashier stated that PetSmart had revised their computer system and, in the process, had lost customer account information.  My wife was annoyed and told the cashier that -- although she understood the cashier was not responsible -- PetSmart should do something to remedy the fact that PetSmart's failures lost our account (and reward and email coupon) information and that our account and email coupons should be reinstated.  The cashier indicated that a manager would contact us about the matter.  No PetSmart manager ever called (or left a message).
In mid-December, 2013, we called the PetSmart Grooming center for an appointment and was told that they would not accept an appointment for our dog because PetSmart management had put us on a "do not provide service" list.  When we asked as to the reason for this (thinking that it had something to do with our pug), we were told that it was because of my wife's interaction with the cashier on 11/10/2013.  Again, we were told that a manager would contact us about the matter.  No PetSmart manager ever called (or left a message).
We find this situation incredible.  Although my wife was critical of PetSmart for losing our account information in their computer system failure (their words not ours), she was never threatening to the cashier  -- the only legitimate reason we can think of for being put on a "do not provide service" list.  Because a manager never called, we do not know for sure "what their side of the story is".  We can only surmise that a store employee for whatever reason (a bad day?) incorrectly perceived the situation and PetSmart management took their employee's word over the customer's word (which they never bothered to check out).  So much for the "customer is always right".
PetSmart just threw away years of loyal business.
