House Painting reviews in Bloomfield Hills

    Birmingham Bloomfield Painting LLC
I have used this company for many years, on many different projects, and they never disappoint. They do awesome work. Always leave the job site clean and tidy every day. they are very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. Only company I trust with this type of work. I have never had an issue, but if anything ever needed to be touched up, or if something was missed, I know they would stand behind it 100%.

    Somerset Painting & Professional Improvements
Our 1940 two story home with lower brick and upper James Hardie siding had the exterior painting done in the promised time frame. The 3 man crew was friendly, prompt, and professional and cleaned up completely when finished. Project was within budget. We were very pleased with the final result and highly recommend Somerset painting. Charles C. from Bloomfield Hills

    MHI Painting
The entire experience went very well. Dennis Knoph responded quickly to my request for an estimate -- spending a lot time listening to my requests (like fixing holes in aluminum siding as part of prep) and addressing my concerns (like covering my roof solar panels to make sure no paint spray drifted on to them). He adjusted the written email quote a couple of times in response to other items (like no power washing in a breezeway). Unlike other companies that either wouldn't do the work or were hesitant about the outcome (like repairing holes in the siding), MHI was confident that they had the experience to do the work and could tell me what to expect. MHI did not disappoint. I also like the fact that MHI quoted an all-inclusive cost -- no unknown add-ons for paint, other materials, etc. MHI assign Bill and his crew to do the job. Bill is very knowledgeable and ran a "tight ship". They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Not only does the paint job look great, I appreciated all the extra things that they just handled as matter of doing the job that I was not aware needed to be done -- like filling some holes in a Pella sliding glass door that I knew had wood rotting but didn't expect them to do anything and providing completely new shutter fasteners since my 50-year old fasteners were in no shape to be used to put the shutters back up. After a couple of weeks, they came back promptly to my request to paint the inside of a storm door that everyone including myself had missed. I would have no hesitation in using MHI in the future for other work.

Our particular project manager- Kyle Levick- was outstanding. He is really the reason I selected this company for the job. I could tell during the estimate process that he would work very hard and leave no stone unturned to meet my high expectations which he did. Kyle is also very friendly and polite. He was very accommodating in juggling the work schedule when leaks/rotted wood was discovered which delayed the project awaiting repairs. He always responded quickly to my text updates. Kyle was a distinct pleasure to work with!!!

    Meho's Painting
It ALWAYS went smoothly and perfectly. Meho has been painting our house for many years, and his work is always top-notch. Meho is as professional as they come. He's prompt, his work is superb, and his fees are very reasonable. Meho is one of the best contractors we've ever had.

Great. The painting crew were meticulous in what they did. We love the outcome; as well, the neighbors love it too. They took care of any and all issues which arose, promptly and fully. They cleaned up before leaving each day. We would hire this crew again!!

Very well. They were on time, always tidy, cleaning up after themselves each day, and had great attention to detail and to satisfying the customer. We had some minor pricing and scheduling issues but both of those were quickly worked out.

It went well except we chose a color that turned out to be outlandish:(. We called the company after the main color was 3/4 finished. They told us about a design consultant that was available so we arranged to meet with Courtney. She came out and helped us choose the best design for us. It was wonderful. We are very pleased with the results. We have had many compliments from neighbors. One person even said he thought it upgraded the neighborhood. The only regret is that we did not consult with the design consultant, Courtney, in the beginning. The painting team lead by James was friendly and professional. He even returned when all was finished to fix a few problems that we spotted after all was done. The gentleman who came to hang the shutters, Kenny did a great job. They look better than the original shutters. We are extremely happy with our new look!

Leone Brothers Painting & Powerwashing, LLC.
Pictures say 1,000 words. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using this painter. Mr. Leone started out with, I hope, good intentions. But somewhere along the way, he realized he was in over his head with a garage drywall / floor epoxy job and things went south fast. (see photos). I am in the process of filing a fraud suit, primarily because he installed a product known as "porch paint/enamel" not the "Sherwin Williams, Epoxy floor system" quoted in his bid. I found out a day after he finished, and he had immediately gone to my bank and cashed a $3,200 final payment. I am suing Mr. Leone, and estimated costs to "grind off the porch paint" in order to install the epoxy system will be close to $2,000. To do him a favor, because he started whining two days into the drywall project, because he was over budget, I offered to pay him an additional $350 to keep him on the job.

I could not be happier that I selected Summerset to replace my Siding for the entire house and do the caulking and painting. The company from the top to bottom did an outstanding job. The price was competitive. They provided me the details of their standards in the agreement signed, prior to their work. They met all parts of that agreement. The crew included Shaun and John who worked daily in Winter weather, They were always prompt and courteous, and pleasant to work with. Their goal appeared to be to do quality work. and please the home owner. I will be a very happy to hire them again for my next job, when it is available.
