I have used this company for many years, on many different projects, and they never disappoint. They do awesome work. Always leave the job site clean and tidy every day. they are very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. Only company I trust with this type of work. I have never had an issue, but if anything ever needed to be touched up, or if something was missed, I know they would stand behind it 100%.

    Derrick's Home Improvement
Derrick responded promptly, gave me helpful information when he was out of town and couldn't take on a job, was on time and very professional with the work he did take on, charged fairly and was good to work with overall. We have hired him for additional work and anticipate having a long standing relationship with him.

Phil's team was great! All projects come with challenges, but Phil's collaborative and communicative approach turned those challenges into opportunities. His team always did what they said they would do and they kept me informed every step of the way. After getting multiple quotes, I found Phil's pricing to be fair. Considering the finished product, and the entire process, I would even call his pricing a value. I would not hesitate to use him again!

Called the number Angie's list provided and received only "Hello?" No greeting, no company identification. I asked for Wilson, the contact listed here on Angie's List. Person on the phone identified himself as Wilson. I started convo by saying that I found him on here on Angie's List and was immediately interrupted with, "I'm not on Angie's List." And he hung up. This is Angie's List, right? This dude was incredibly rude on the phone. Just calling it like I see it.

He took the time to understand exactly what I needed done. He came back following morning to put on 2nd coat of mud for drywall. Brought helpers with him who were also competent, professional and polite. Cleaned up after the job. I will hire Ed again and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Gary was prompt in responding to my initial call and provided an estimate within a reasonable amount of time. Once the work started, Gary and his team were very professional and got the work done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was very happy with the end results.

The serviceman was prompt and polite throughout the visit. He seemed to be working hard at repairing the walls and was steadily making progress as I checked on him throughout the several hour visit. Before he left, I checked over his work and noticed that two of my cleaning towels had been used to clean up the mess. That means he went into my closet, chose two towels and used them without my permission. Didn't like that, but it was already done, so I just went with it. The next day I went to wash my hands in my utility sink and water started coming from the bottom of it. I looked more closely and saw there was a crack in the bottom of the tub that was not there before the serviceman used it to wash his tools. I called the owner who came out two days later to repair the sink with patches over and under the crack. (He wanted to come days later, but since I need that sink to wash clothes, I asked that he come sooner.) There was never a discussion, by the way, about replacing the sink, which I thought was interesting. He only offered to repair it. It is undoubtedly an older sink, but it was functioning, it had no leaks, and I had no plans to replace it anytime soon. Now, I have to do something because the underside of his patch fell off the next day. There is no doubt in my mind that the serviceman, while washing his drywall trough, cracked the sink and said nothing to me about it . I largely only use that sink for washing clothes (washer dumps water into it), washing hands and my kitchen trash can lid, so nothing I could have done would have caused a crack like that. When the owner came to repair the utility sink, he went over his worker's work again to smooth everything out even more. I want to make it clear that I am satisfied with the the quality of the drywall repair work. My issue is that the serviceman damaged my property, did not say anything to me about it, and because the owner of the company saw that my sink was an older sink, he decided on his own that it must have been on its way out and that only a patch job was warranted as a fix. Perhaps he was not convinced that his serviceman was responsible for the damage and that is why he only offered a couple dollar fix. I don't know. I just know that I did not damage the sink, and I called him, I believe, less than 24 hours after his guy, the last person to use the sink before me, left my home.

Very well. They were on time, always tidy, cleaning up after themselves each day, and had great attention to detail and to satisfying the customer. We had some minor pricing and scheduling issues but both of those were quickly worked out.
