ADRYmedic Restoration ServicesFantastically!!! This Company is excellent. They dealt with all the subcontractors for us and our insurance company. The level of service was superb. The addressed all of our needs in a timely and friendly manner. Our Project Lead, Michael, could not have been more responsive at addressing every question we had. The lead on the tear out crew, Alan, put our fears to rest. Jason, would led most of the reconstruction, had such knowledge and skill, we felt completely at ease. In fact, everyone on the crew treated our home as if it were theirs. We felt we were being cared for by friends instead of just a company out to make as much money as possible. We just can't say enough good things about this company. If you have a problem in your home, this is the place to go. They cleaned and emptied our finished basement, tore out a lot of the drywall and dried everything with dehumidifiers and fans and air purifiers. Fixed the pipe and then the reconstruction began. It was a long process, but they handled it as quickly and professionally as possible. Especially during COVID it's difficult to have people in your home, but they made us feel safe and took all precautions necessary.- Valerie W.

AMy Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline, and ChelseaWe hired My Handyman of Ann Arbor to install subway tile for a 35 square ft area on a wall in our kitchen. Service Professional Kirk W. was on time, friendly, explained the process while working on this 2 day project. It turned our AMAZING and much better then if I would of attempted to do it myself. Moore communications were excellent, they showed up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end each day and worked with us throughout the entire process. ADiscount Home ServicesWe are very pleased with the work that Gary did. He was respectful of my house and environment and always went above and beyond! Example: he’s was here when the pipes froze in our MIL apartment ( we were on vacation) and he stepped in to repair the pipes for us immediately so my 90yo mom wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Another time our dog locked herself in my bedroom and thank goodness Gary was here to get her out! I appreciated that Gary did almost all of the work himself so we didn’t have multiple subcontractors in our house during the pandemic. We were so happy with his work and work ethic that we had him remodel another bathroom. I’m positive we will be calling Gary again for our next project.- Annette A.

Marty made the entire process easy as can be with a complete kitchen and master bathroom. Always checking to make sure we were comfortable. Martine is awesome as well. AArtistic Construction & Design LLCWe had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project.- Tomomi B.

AArtistic Construction & Design LLCCraig ordered replacement for 3 new cupboards. was able to do this during pandemic by using my photos and measurements. Old cupboards removed and new ones installed in about 5 hours. Look great. They even fixed the door to the laundry room. Were very respective of COVID restrictions during work.- Kay B.

FHad Matrix over and they used scare tactics/heavy sales pressure and a $3000 rebate that was expiring that night (right...) to get us to sign right then for their ridiculous price of $16000. Told us we have black mold and "it's a good thing you got us in here when you did" I did not agree with this price and before he was out the door, they were willing to do it for $9500 with some BS marketing caveats.... ultimately hired a couple of local, very solid contractors, total cost less than $6000, oh and they found no mold whatsoever once the wall was opened up. BEWARE THIS COMPANY USES SCARE TACTICS!

AWe were very pleased with the work of Motor City Builders. From the first call Matt was very informative and upfront. He was timely with giving an estimate and gave honest information about the timing of the project and possible hold ups of materials due to COVID. Fortunately, that did not prove to be an issue. The workers showed up on time each day and worked diligently throughout the day. Siding is a high priced project and Matt's price was well within our set budget. We recently had a roof done and upon them starting the siding they found some issues with the roof that weren't done quite right. We appreciate them being upfront and more importantly skilled to fix it and complete the siding with quality workmanship. Again, Matt was honest about what was needed and although there was additional cost to us it was a crisis averted. We have already happily given referrals to those who have asked.

FScheduled a quote.... cancelled 30 min prior. Rescheduled again.... cancelled 30 min prior. Same excuse both times. Decided to reschedule just to see what would happen.... and they were a no-show. Expected it. Would never give my hard earned money to a company that strings you along!

AI thought it would be impossible to find someone who would be willing to first come and take a look at the job and then agree to work with me to get this job done. When I found, Life Construction - I was absolutely blown away. We had a unique situation with our covered backyard patio. It needed updates and it needed love and direction. Life Construction worked with me not only by phone and text and email - but they also took the time to come over and walk through all the changes until I was 100% satisfied. They were fair and they were efficient. They made me feel like they had my back through every little thing - and I cannot express the absolute peace of mind it all gave me.
