    WaterBGone Basement Waterproofing
It was excellent service. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently to fix our leak and even showed us other areas of concern as we had a rodent problem. We are so pleased that we went with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    WaterBGone Basement Waterproofing
I had three bids. Had a small area of the basement that leaked and their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other two bids. No pressure to sign a contract. Joe took time to explain why he thought his solution would work and left it up to us to decided. No leak in the basement after several hard rains.

They did an excellent job. The waterproofing performs well,. They had to do this in two stages and each time they left you would never know they had been there except where the work was performed (cleaned up, protected my lawn ...). The neighbors commented the workers were even nice to their young children, explaining what they were doing and not minding their questions. My builder said they did a great job - even on the cement (not using cheap cement). Great work!

    Now Dry Basement Waterproofing
Fantastic! We received four quotes, all of which had their valid points and differences, all seemed like quality companies, BUT Steve promised to be hands-on and indeed he was. The crew arrived each day at 8 AM as promised despite coming from an hour away and they all worked hard, were friendly and efficient. More than six months have now passed and we have not had even a drop of water in the basement despite a torrential rainstorm after a heavy snow just last week.

I explained it had been leaking for a very long time, was a huge mess, and just smelled awful. They told me "No, you'll need a plumber." I asked them for a phone number for a plumber and they hung up on me! I think they're ignoring me because I'm hearing impaired. I'm very upset.

    Affordable Dry Basement
The owner came to my home. He was simply amazing! Other waterproofers wanted to charge me triple what he did. He explained the whole process and was very straight forward as to what his costs are and what you pay for when getting basement water proofed.
You immediately trust him and know he is telling the truth.
His workers were punctual and professional. Everything was exactly as promised!
I highly recommend him over the other ones you always hear advertising on TV etc...

This has been the worst most frustrating experience of my life.  I originally had them install a water proofing system in the basement in 2006.  They recommended that the perimeter of half the basement be installed.  I agreed with their estimate and had the work performed.
Then in 2012 I experienced water again in my basement and called them back to fulfill their warranty.  They said that since I hadn't had the whole basement installed that their warranty was not in effect.  That I would need to have the other half of the basement done and then the warranty would be good and I would have a dry basement.  This was a very expensive proposal as the basement is finished and required tearing out a bathroom as well as the walls and tile flooring.  I went ahead and hired them for the additional work and had to hire a contractor to put the basement back together.  My understanding at that time was that since this was new work, they did not cover the cost of tearing out and putting back the bathroom.  The salesman stood in my basement and swore to me that I would now have a dry basement and a good and enforceable warranty.
In the summer of 2014 I experienced water in the basement again.  I called them back and from the moment they came on my property, they were trying to tell me that a.  the problem was not their fault and b. they were not going to pay for it.  We pulled off the bottom half of a wall of drywall (on the same wall as the work originally had been done) and found that the water was coming from the bottom of the wall by their system.  His workers admitted that the system had not been installed properly and that there was a lip open in the plastic that would explain the water seeping in.  they also expressed that I probably never needed to get the second half of the basement done a** this was probably the problem all along.  After presenting me with an estimate to fix the work, they agreed to fix it at their expense.
Now I am trying to get them to pay for the drywall repair and the reinstalling the carpet and new pad.  Dave Brown drove down from Lansing to stand in my house and yell at me that he would in no way pay for these repairs.  That it is not included in the warranty and he couldn't stay in business paying for all the work every time one of his systems failed.  Apparently they fail a lot!!  He expalined that he hasn't worked in 8 years because he doesn't have to, I don't know why he kept saying that.  I was a bully and abusive while on my premises until I needed to demand that he leave.
I would never recommend this company to any one at anytime.  They do not stand by their work.  They will weasel any way to get out of honoring their warranty.  I am taking them to small claims court in order to be compensated for the repairs to my house after their system failed to work because it was installed improperly.  I have pictures to document the problem and their failures as a basement waterproofing company.  Please go to other more reputable companies to get your water proofing done.

    Atlantic Coast Waterproofing Inc
The work took 1 week.  They showed up when they said they would.  Communication was excellent.  Gary, the owner of the company was on site working along side his crew every day of the job.  All quoted work was completed and then some.   Gary  added about 10 feet of trench not included in the original scope of work because he felt the system would perform better.  They dug under stairs, around corners and behind my boiler.
Some other basement waterproofing contractors we spoke with do  not pull permits.   We are very happy that this job was permitted and the cost of all permits was included in the quote.  During our excavation our water main developed a leak.  Gary's relationship with the city and with his plumber meant the damage was repaired the same day.
Atlantic Coast competes with large sales organizations.  I recommend that you consider this honest hardworking company where your job will have the full attention of the owner of the company.

I’ve never seen a man as generous and upstanding as this gentleman. He brought in his entire crew in on a Sunday, which was the day after he initially came out to perform estimate. Given the situation I was in, with no job…I felt as if he was a true family member there for me. He went above and beyond! It was such a mess and they were wonderful about everything. They cleaned up everything…I cant tell you how wonderful this man was….UNBELIEVABLE!!! WOW!!! He truly went out of his way!

he was asked by his superiors to obtain payment as he was being pressured. I did pay the bill in Nov 2013 as I did contract for a dig. I sent the payment in with a letter asking for consideration on the service since they missed the drain. I said if I did  not receive consideration in 30 days I would express my dissatisfaction in an online forum.

This was a poor experience with StayDry and felt obligated to report the lack of customer concern by StayDry.

    So this is it.
