    Excellent work, as with the first time. The car looks like new. I was given daily text updates on progress. The work was done within the time frame promised. There were no surprises. Most importantly, all traces of glass particles had been removed from the inside passenger area. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Quality has AAA-authorized appraisers and so that separate step was avoided. Quality did excellent work with no problems arising from the age of the car (2006 model). They kept me apprised every step of the way. I am completely satisfied with every part of the process and would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

    On Thursday, October 1st we were driving from our home in Birmingham, MI to Cambridge, MA to attend a Harvard Business School Reunion.  At approximately 1:40pm, in broad daylight, we were hit by a deer attempting to cross the NY State Thru-way (I-90) at approx. mile marker 386.  We got off at the next exit to access the damage to front of the car on the passenger side. 

    We took our 2011 Buick Enclave into A Plus Auto Body at 9am Friday morning.  The owner, Mr. John Fragione, had us wait a few minutes until he located all the various parts needed to repair our car.  He then asked 2 employees to work overtime on Saturday.  By 2 pm the next day, Saturday, October 3, our car was completely repaired and ready for us to continue our Fall color trip.  This was a $4,000 repair job done in 2 days, one of which was a Saturday.  This absolutely never happens!  Plus, we were out of state drivers and not potential future customers.  Mr. Fragione went above and beyond for us to be able to drive safely and continue our trip.  We were so highly impressed with A Plus Auto Body that I recommended them to our Boston area friends.

    Royal Oak Auto Care
    Communication was good, seemed to work with me on price, but I have little confidence that I got good service.  Because so many parts of suspension were replaced (stabilizer bars, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, sway bars, brake rotors and pads), an alignment was necessary.  500 miles later, front tires were bald and radial belts were exposed in spots.  Costco would not do a tire rotation for tires in such condition, so I replaced them, went to get an alignment at shop recommended by Costco tire shop.  All 4 tires were out of alignment, the front so far out that it was beyond the measurement of the equipment (they liked to give a before and after snap shot, but could not give me a before because it was so far off).  The shop that did the second alignment is now my go-to shop, car is performing well.  However, I have absolutely no confidence in Royal Oak Auto Care.  They could have lied about how much work was required as well for all I know.  4 bearing replacements is EXTREMELY rare, that being the most egregious of the performed repairs.  I did not go back to Royal Oak Auto Care to give them a chance to repair and pay for the tires.  Given the quality of the first alignment, I decided to cut my losses.

    Cranbrook Car Care Center

    We have used Cranbrook Car Care many times through the years.  Freeman is a great mechanic and will do the job right.  He will work easily with your schedule.  He also works until 10:00 or 11:00pm weeknights, so late afternoon/evening repairs are a real bonus.

    Unfortunately, the station will be closed in August.  Freeman is hoping to relocate to somewhere nearby very soon.

    They did a superlative job . This particular radiator was larger than
    most places could accommodate so it was very hard to find a place to
    have it done . We had had others done in the past but none of them
    looked as professional as this one looks - these are residential heating
    radiators - circa 1924.It looks brand new.
    There was a little trouble along the way - we have not removed everything properly but they solved it with determination and grace.
    Can't Thank them enough.
    They do cars and furniture ( lawn metal furniture) - all kinds of things.

    No problems. Service was prompt and fast. A couple of times, follow-up troubleshooting was performed without question and for free (a tire with a stubborn, off-and-on air leak). Best of all, a couple of times I was told that I and lt;did notand gt; need to have something done. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any auto work.

    Appt was scheduled for 10am, did not receive a call, I called at 3:30pm to check on status. At 3:30 they were just pulling the vehicle in for service and did not have enough time to complete the job. I indicated that I would be up to pick the vehicle up. When I got there 20 min later, the vehicle was still in the shop no ready for pick up. I waited for another 25 mins until they could get the vehicle out. Upon getting the vehicle they did not have the PHH card in there, I had to go back in the store and get the PHH card.

    The customer service was extremely poor, lack of willingness to apologize about there service. They attempted to blame it on PHH approval process saying they did not call them in enough time. I called PHH and everything was documented on when the call came in and when the approval was given. The call came in at 12:38pm and approved at 12:38 pm for service.

    The apt was at 10am, provided these locations are generally always busy, I give them a buffer of an hour to call in the service, the vehicle did not even get pulled into the shop until 3:30pm.

    I cancelled all services.

    This location needs customer service training and more front desk representatives to assist customers. The show room is consumed with 4 service desk and the rest is wheels and tires on display. It would be nice to have more service desk so you can take care of your customers instead of making them wait in line for 10 minutes in addition to the 10 minutes they placed me on hold for.

    They were wonderful - the quote was right, they had to order parts and were able to get them in a timely fashion. They explained the process very well. They told me exactly how long the car would take - and that is exactly the time they took - in spite of the area flooding.
    I dropped my credit card unnoticed and kept it locked up and notified me immediately.
    our phones went down in the rain/flood and they were good about using our cell and kept us updated.
    They were very pleasant to work with - a great experience overall.
