    Easy Home Improvement
The job went extremely well. From the initial return phone call to the representative giving us a free home quote through the complete job, we were extremely happy with the results. No more worries about chipped bricks or a hole in our garage chimney cap as an entrance to wildlife. Also the cosmetic improvement which improves the curb appeal of our property. They exceeded expectations, arrived on time and finished both jobs in one day. I was very happy to write the final check.

    Referral Painting & Drywall
The estimate was done quickly and returned promptly. I also sought out other estimates. Some not prompt, essentially all the same cost. I went with Randy for his promptness and his ability to start my job in 4 days. They came in on time, worked the whole day and the next day. Living room, dining room ( open area) and a bedroom were done, walls and ceilings. Fireplace brick also painted and some plaster repair work done. Paint job looks great. I will definitely hire Referral Painting and Drywall again. Thanks Randy!

After the first hard rain, the chimney leaked into my basement, and the salesman said that problem would be fixed! I called the office and they said it was probably the flashing and they would be out that week to fix it! Never came out so I called again, and they told me they didn't take care of flashing. So they lied! Do not hire this company!

They came over Sunday night unexpected to see how tall the house was. Said they would be at my house 9:00the next day. Called me at 9:30 saying they couldn't come that day, they could come Tuesday at 9ish. I was not happy since I had made plans to be home on Monday. They did not get to my house until noon and did not finish until 9 and it was getting dark! They couldn't put all their supplies in the truck so they left them at my house and I said it had to be removed early morning or before noon. They did not come by until 2:00! The two young men who did the job were very nice and polite! I would not recommend this company!

    Brick Bros Restoration
Overall the job went well. The estimator showed up promptly on 2 occasions. The 2nd I had requested a sample of the brick being used for the repairs. There was 1 issue where the crew informed me the original chimney wasn't square, so the rebuilt section would have a brick sticking out slightly where the transition between the two sections met. I was given the option of a complete teardown for it to be perfect (a few thousand dollars more) or leave it as it. I chose to leave it as is and the end result still looks good. Although during estimating I suppose I would have liked a contingency clause whereas if unknowns occurred a total rebuild would cost X. I have to believe unknowns are not uncommon, given old houses and their suprises. Doing it again, I would have just asked more questions. And given the choice again, I may have went with another company not on quality but because I did receive 1 quote for a total rebuild that was close in price to just doing the 25 courses. Either way it was a lot of work, a crew of 3 to 5 worked very hard for 2 full days to accomplish the work in extreme heat. 1 thing I didn't like was I was asked for full payment about 2hours before the jobsite was cleaned up, which is why I gave a C rating in professionalism. In fairness to Brick Bros, a crew member did stay around until 8PM to ensure the jobsite was cleaned up properly and did a great job of it. The new mortar for all of the repair areas was blended to match coloration of the old mortar and does fairly well. The new brick color is a very good match to old as well. I spent some time prior to choosing the company looking over photos of previous jobs on the Brick Bros Facebook page and I really liked the quality of work in those images which is one reason why I chose Brick Bros. A good portion of companies don't advertise their work. If your work is very good why wouldn't you want people to see it.

We reached out to the company after wehad a flood and subsequent plumbing work done in our basement. Eric was quickly(within a few days of calling) and was on time for the estimate. He verythoroughly walked us through what they could do and talked with us about howbest to work with the insurance company. There was no pressure at all in theestimate process and we were thoroughly impressed. As this was about 8 daysbefore Christmas and we were really hoping to have all the repair work donebefore the holidays Eric even reached out to his staff to see if anyone wouldbe willing to work the week of Christmas despite the office being closed(before we even decided to go with them). Once we finalized everything thepainter showed up on time Monday morning, did a very complete jobcleaning/prepping (the plumbers had not done so), even suggesting adding someadditional concrete to a low spot in the floor so that the drain would functionbetter. He was even able to run out, grab the materials and do the repair withoutpushing our job timeline back. He checked in with us every step of the way, made sure we were happy with any decisions (from paint color to drywall etc.)and completed the job on time. All in all we were very happy with the work, thelevel of professionalism, and the ability to work with us on scheduling andinsurance. Since the repair was as pass through cost to the insurance and I'venever had this type of work done before I didn't rate price but it was about350-400 square feet of basement floor plus block exterior walls and drywallinterior walls and I will point out that materials were charged at cost, noautomatic markup which was refreshing. Overall we were very happy with thewhole process and would highly recommend them and use them again.

They were very courteous.  They did exactly what they said they were going to do.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They broke the window while they were working and they repaired it.  I have one area that needs some attention and he is going to come over when he comes back from vacation.  He responded to my message very quickly to let me know he would come after vacation, so I have no doubt he will come by.  I am very pleased.

There was a problem found with the original 1946 porch foundation. It had bowed outward in the front. These guys fixed it the right way by digging deeper and straightening out the problem area. Now I know this porch will last at least another 68 years...

The project seemed to go smoothly, we wanted it to be identical to what we had and he did an excellent job following every small detail. The finished product looked better than it ever had before. We have with a brick fireplace, wood mantle. The brick work was very well done even with some bricks needing to be cut to make the design it all came together beautifully. They were even able to keep the tile flooring in front of the fireplace intact without a scratch to keep costs down.

Things went really well, actually better than expected.  Estimate was given to me the day after I called and service was performed 2 days after the estimate.  Quick turnaround time.  They came over when I was at work and had the job fininshed by the time I got home.  Very professional and accomodating.  I needed work to be done quickly as I changed Insurance providers and the chimney did not pass inspection.  After getting my estimate, I talked to the company and everything in the estimate was explained in full detail so that I could understand what exactly needed to be done and the reasons why.  Made me feel very comfortable in choosing this company because they made me feel comfortable and confident in the services and work I was paying for.  I would highly recommend BB's Bricks and will use them for furture needs.  I would also, and already have referred their services to friends and family.  Overall, great experience.
