    I use Dr. Dollar for dentistry. It used to be Dr. Black but he sold his practice. He is on Woodword in Berkley. I have been going to Dr. Black for 20 some years and so when he sold the office, I just stayed there. Everything was fine. The staff's interactions with me are very good. The waiting room appears average to me. I normally wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. I would just go ahead and give them 'A's all the way down on the grading scale.

    He sees us instantly.  If I call and tell him that a crown or a tooth has chipped off he will come in on his day off and take care of that immediately because a delay just causes more problems.  He is right on time and sometimes I would go a few minutes early but very often he is actually very ready and waiting for us.

    Both my wife and I see her and we are both very pleased. We get the best value from her for our insurance. The waiting room is very nice, neat, and clean. There is coffee. They have plenty of things to read. They also see children. The staff is very friendly and professional. There is nothing to dislike. I have referred friends and family to see her. They do have staggered hours, so she is available on different mornings and evenings. I trust her.

    Baran, Dr. Dolores
    The cleaning was fine. I got my x-rays taken and knew I needed three cavities refilled. Dr. Baran isn't warm to communicate with; she was bossy to her assistants and didn't seem grateful for their help. She numbed up really well, so well that my eyes went numb and I couldn't feel myself blinking. She re-filled the cavities and told me she had a and quot;kink in her neckand quot; that day, whatever that meant. She checked my bite after and told me I'd most likely have to come back to get it adjusted when I wasn't numb anymore. So I went back and got it fixed by the other dentist in the office, who is a lot friendlier than Dr. Baran. Still had a ton of sensitivity after the 2nd bite fix, so I went back for a 3rd. The receptionist claimed that fixing a bite is and quot;trial and errorand quot; - which didn't sit well with me. Sensitivity to pressure was still extreme (I could barely chew cooked rice and soft vegetables, at this point this is three full weeks after the cavities had been refilled). After the 3rd bite fix, I was still sensitive, and called back expressing some frustration as my mouth was killing me. The receptionist had an annoyed tone, and had to make me a 4th appointment. Then when I showed up at the office, I heard her warn the dental assistant that I was frustrated on the phone. I heard the assistant say and quot;thanks for the warningand quot;. Got my bite adjusted for the FOURTH time - and still had a ton of sensitivity. I have chosen to go elsewhere at this point - called to get my x-rays and info forwarded to my new dentist, and they are charging me $25 for a and quot;duplicate x-ray feeand quot; which is the click of a mouse because they're digital. Needless to say, never go to a cosmetic dentist for general dentistry. Ever.

    I haven't seen a dentist in years, but Dr. Pasikowski's office was a delight. Every staff member I met was warm and inviting. My hygienist was so warm and friendly that our conversation got in the way of the cleaning! I found the technology they used was current and high tech, and the office was new and clean and inviting. I saw Dr. P at the end of my visit, and she was very reassuring and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone who has dental anxiety. The office staff - Merrie - is fantastic. They made the paperwork process a breeze.

    The best thing about this office is they are always on time. I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes in all the years I have been going. I appreciate how Merrrie (office manager) verifies my insurance for me and I know what is going to be covered and what willl not be. All of the team members are professional and friendly. Thank you, ladies! PS: they also offer "care credit."

    The dentist and staff are competent, friendly, and make you feel welcome. The office is small and quaint. They do good work as far as I can tell so far. They are concerned with making you feel at ease and comfortable and do not want you to feel any pain whatsoever.

    The only true disappointment is billing. Estimated costs are to be paid up front or rather, at the end of your appointment. They do not prefer any billing scenario unless the insurance company submits one. Though they are very reasonably priced, I still prefer an option to spread payments, if necessary, over a few months. I don't know how they are with root canal bills or crowns, but general cleaning and x rays are to be paid at end of that visit. They offer gas at a cost of $25, which is not ideal, but seems to run competeitively. My last dentist did not charge for gas but many today, do, so this is not a reason necessarily not to use this dentist. I just believe gas should be provided at no charge regardless.

    Overall, I am very pleased with this dentist and her entire staff. I am greeted by name as soon as I enter the office and am made to feel welcomed and appreciated. The dentist is gentle and kind and always has a smile on her face. The techs are great too.

    Dr. Pasikowski has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and is very straight-forward. She got me in on an emergency basis immediately. Her staff is fabulous, and they can see you immediately if necessary. The staff will follow-through with treatment and insurance. I had a great over-all experience. She is a wonderful dentist.

    I have been using him for over 20 years.  He is just wonderful.  We have a publication on which he was rated the dentist of the year.  What I like about him is that he is very nice.  He has a very calm personality.  He is very personal.  He is very highly intelligent.  His office super clean and he was recommended to us because of that.  When I went to him my only concern was cleanliness because back then people used to no t use gloves.  When I went to Dr. Beaudet he took the time to show me how clean his office was.  He has always been very good with my teeth.  He never tried to oversell services.  He was able to straighten up the bottom of my teeth so that never had to wear braces.  He is really good.  He is very good with both kids and old people.  His staff is really nice.  He is available.  His is a solo practice, so he is not open during the weekends and there are no night times.  Monday to Friday he is available.  The office is wonderful.  I have never had to wait.  He is right there if you have any questions.  His bedside manner is great.  They never get behind in the billing and they will answer your questions if any.
