    WaterBGone Basement Waterproofing
I was getting ready to sell my house, but had a horizontal crack and some bowing in my basement foundation wall. I needed an inspection and an opinion letter to provide potential buyers. Joe was very prompt and easy to work with. I would definitely work with him again.

    Foundation Systems of Michigan
From the sales process through installation, the team was professional, thorough, good communicators / educators. They were able to work with our tight schedule and were very easy to work with. I was nervous about working with such a large company but they were terrific. Might not have been the cheapest, but they noticed some things that other companies didn't and gave us a lot of good recs along the way for how to prevent further problems which we appreciated.

    HomeSpec BasementFix
Mark Buhr and his team was great. They were very professional and friendly. They came in with a reasonable quote and were very timely in getting the job done. They also made sure that everything was just as clean as when they came in. I highly recommend HomeSpec.

Very well! Work was done timely, employees were always respectful to me and my family and work was completed as promised. Owner went above and beyond to meet our needs and concerns and his price was far more competitive than other quotes. We were able to upgrade to the sump pump because of Angie's List discount.

    Foundation Systems of Michigan
The guy was on time and pleasant / professional. He found a nonworking
sump pump and suggested we have an anchor put into the wall and drilling
into the front yard to create a brace for the house foundation. They
proposed charing us $3500 for the brace, which we thought we might do
later (the guy indicated waiting another year on it would be fine). For
the sump pump they wanted $1500. I called to schedule the installation
and was told by the guy who came out to see us that he was wrong in
telling us we could just to the sump pump. Rather, there is a $3K
"minimum" on all services. What? That's nuts. He seemed to be waiting
for me to say I'd want to just go ahead and do the brace at the same
time (I do not). Then I got on Angie's List and found a company who can
install a new sump pump and haul away our other one. Guess how much that
would cost? $330. I highly doubt this is company is reasonable in their
    estimates.

    Active Basement Waterproofing
David pointed out what needed to be done.  Unfortunately, the "great" flood of 2014 happened the following week.  All of his predictions came true.  He was very good at his work, and I was impressed with his knowledge.

    Sodonis Group
Mr. Sodonis repaired the leak, filling in the crack with polymer substance.  He did a great job, doing all he said he'd do.  I would absolutely recommend him.  His attention to detail and work ethic is admirable.

    Stay Dry Basement Waterproofing Inc
Upon exposing the bare foundation wall after the flood in August 2014, I noticed that the cracks in the mortar joint had extended and in some cases, blocks themselves were cracked.  I received four quotes on this project and chose Stay Dry for a few reasons:  1) Their price was competitive, 2) their carbon fiber straps carried a life time warranty vs. a 25 year warranty from B-Dry, and 3) their system sounded stronger, as it included a neck tie system to tie the strap into the floor joist at the top of the wall and an 18" rod, with cement back fill, into the bottom two rows of blocks.  The StayDry sales rep was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable with my choice.
The crew was timely, respectful and proactive when it came to describing what had been done.  After the work was complete, the straps sit close to flush with the wall (fraction of an inch thickness) and I am confident that once I paint them, they will not be as glaringly obvious as they look right after they were installed or as a steel reinforcement I-beam.
My only disappointment, which is the cause for lowering the quality rating, is the amount of dust created.  I had read several reviews about dust throughout the house and specifically asked the sales rep 2-3 different times about how much dust would be created and how to best prepare.  I was told that there would be very little dust, as every effort is made to minimize it.  I would have guessed that this included attaching a shop vac to the concrete grinder used before application, at a minimum.  Based on what I was told, I felt that I was overly prepared for the dust.  I had two doorways sealed off, closed vents throughout the house and segregated and covered all items left in the basement.
The reality was that my entire upstairs immediately became cloudy and once everything settled there was a thin layer of dust throughout the house.  In the basement, there were literally standing piles of dust.  The walls, appliances and personal effects were covered with a thick layer of concrete dust.  One week after the job was done and after many days of cleaning, I am still finding dust on things and can't go into the basement without tracking dust throughout my house.
I would have appreciated a heads up that this is a VERY dusty job.  I would have bought even more plastic drop cloths and been more precise in covering every single item.  I would recommend covering all vents with plastic and tape.  The added preparation would have made this job much more manageable from a clean up perspective.
To be clear, I am overly satisfied with the value and the quality of the work performed, I just wish I would have received a more accurate answer about how dusty this job really is.

    Sodonis Group
Matt Sodonis did everything he said he do.  He did it promptly and he did it right.  The crack was filled and is now completely dry.  I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend Sodonis Group for future work.

The estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no surprises, in fact they did way more work than other companies were going to provide at the same (or higher) cost. They explained what they were going to do in understandable terms and answered all of my many questions in a confident tone. Each employee I had contact with from the owner on down was polite and professional. They came in and did an incredible amount of work in just 3 days.
To their credit the city inspector made comments about being impressed with the job.
The one thing I really appreciated was that from the onset there were no high-pressure sell tactics used like I had experienced with some of the bigger companies that I  also got estimates from  (the big companies you hear ads for on the radio ). I never felt pressuered or like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't.
    Hire these guys.
Note: If you are going to have work like this done be ready for some dust. They cleaned up well after themselves and even used a jackhammer with a shop vac attached on the floor but there was still dust on everything,
