It went great. I was impressed with Scotts presentation so, that I decided not to get more estimates. Scott was always punctual, checked in by emails, came by and checked during the work, and after to inspect the job. The crews were great. Done in two days. Very happy with this important investment into my home! Trusted his word, you can too. Glad I did.

    DWB Constuction llc
DWB was great! They showed up on schedule, kept us informed as the work was in progress and completed the job in the time frame promised. All questions were answered and Dana followed up after the job to make sure we were happy. The crew was polite, respectful and efficient. Even the neighbors complimented us on how friendly they were and now neat the job site was kept. They did a clean up at the end of each day, and there was never debris in the way. The next time I need a roofer or roof repair, I will certainly hire DWB again!

    USA GUTTERS INC
The estimate I received was the most detailed of the three that I got and the price was competitive.  The work was done promptly and professionally.  They honored their policy that if you have any questions or concerns, they will take care of it to your satisfaction before sending you a bill.  I thought this was an excellent policy.  The only request I had was to make it easier to remove the bottom of the downspouts to allow for temporary removable when lawn mowing.  They took care of this question  to my satisfaction.  I would definitely recommend this contractor for anyone who need to replace a gutter system.

If you're going to provide an estimate for a new roof, then you need to get ON the roof, right?  When I requested copies of the company's insurance, they explained that all Angie's List providers have to prove that they are insured.  (?)  No, that's not true.  I corrected him and told him that certainly wasn't the case, and he never called back.  Red flag.  I would never use them because of this.  ** Any reputable roofer is happy to provide a copy of their insurance.  Make sure the insurance company sends the most recent proof -- NOT the roofer.  **

Roofing crew did a great job, striped old shingles and laid down new in one day (14 square). Covered wife's flowers and bushes with tarps, only minor damage they'll be alright next year. Good clean up job around house. Fascia crew came in and did nice job also, added more ventilation in soffits. Tore down old gutters and hauled old material away. Clean up by this crew could use improvement. Overall good work and price.

He recommended we by a snow rake to keep the snow off the roof becauese of the snow and ice build up.  We did as he had suggested, and a few days later the leak stopped.  He was very helpful to us, and I would recommend him for any roofing job. We had used his services in 2012 to repair some roof damage around our chimney.  He did a great job. We plan on using him this spring to clear up any problems we may have encountered on our roof during this past winter.

We went over each step of what needed to be done. The P C Construction guy went through all the steps, the materials, what it is used for and why he uses it. He guaranteed that the job will be done in 2 days and it was. I referred him to some of my other friends.

The owner came out. I had listed the thing that I wanted and gave him the list. We discussed and changed a few details. I have roofed both our house and the Dutch Barn in my yourger life and knew what needed to be done. The details were with innovations that came out since I roofed last. He look at the barn, made a couple of measurements at the base, and looked at me and said "I can put another roof on for $3500. I was surprised, here 15 minutes and giving me a price. I asked how can you do that - that is give a price so quickly? He similed and said I have estimated and installed roofs for 30 years of my life and so I know. Then let me ask you, "Why are you not talking me into tearing the old single layer roof "off", before installing the new roof? (The other contractors practically insisted on removing the old roof before installing the new roof) He commented " You said the roof does not leak, why would you want to remove a solid unleaking roof. When we put up the next roof, you will have two unleaking roofs." If your roof leaked, we would be having a different discussion.

One last question, 'What type of nails do you use in your nail gun?" The reply "We don't, we nail by hand". As he was $400 less than the next lowest contractors bid and, more important, the most experience in doing the job, we selected him to do the job.

They came on a Thursday and by Friday night the job was done, looked good and grounds around Barn were cleaned.

Now I have waited from September 2012 until January of 2013 and no leaks have been observed. So, I expect, we will not have leaks for 20 or more years.

I am happy with his work and would use him again.

    Triple Crown Roofing
To our surprise, the work started right on time. The men were on site every day by 8am. They put tarps down all around the house to keep from damaging our landscaping and moved our patio furniture out of the way neatly again to avoid damage. All of the men were polite, friendly, introduced themselves, they were neatly dressed and very considerate of our property. The old roof was torn off and there was damaged wood. Leon took pictures of the roof surface to show us the areas that needed to be replaced. They also gave us pictures of the wood once it was nailed down by code. The old roof was off, the wood was replaced and the membrane was down. only 1/2 of the metal was down and we were waiting for the midway inspection when tropical storm Debbie hit that weekend. Mike called us over the weekend to ask if there was any leakage in case they needed to come down. To our surprise, there was no leakage through the membrane and no damage to our home or roof and we sustained over 11 inches of rain that weekend in St Pete. On Monday morning, Mike called and stated that the inspection went fine and that they were going to get the rest of the roof completed that day. He wanted to make sure that he was there in the evening when we got home from work so that we could tell them exactly where we wanted the down spouts to be placed. We wanted them in certain places so that we could purchase rain barrels. We are absolutely thrilled with our "Galvalume" galvanized metal roof. We went with silver and it not only looks fantastic, it sounds really nice when it rains. The metal is guaranteed for 30 years and the workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is having ANY type of roof put on their house but considering a metal roof. We were very surprised at the reasonable price which was less than some quotes for asphalt shingles. They were up front, honest, answered all our questions, friendly, professional, on-time and there were no hidden costs. They did quote the additional price for replacing bad wood. There is no way to know until they get the shingles off. We obtained quotes prior to Triple Crown and they were significantly more. We are completely satisfied with our new "tin" roof and with Triple Crown Roofing.

All promises and associated tasks were completed as promised. Final price was adjusted up slightly for authorized changes, and subsequent weather conditions show zero errors. I would happily give this contractor a referral.
